Title: Describing and Illustrating Different Angles

I. Introductory Concept:

Most of things around formed angles with different measurement. Today

we will be able to discover and explore different kinds of angles. Are you
ready? Let’s start!

II. Learning Skills:

Math4 Describes and illustrates different angles M4GE-IIIb-14

Quarter 3 (right, acute, and obtuse) using models.
Focus Content: Identifies the different kinds of
angles through the use of models

III. Learning Activities

Angles are formed when two rays met at a common

end point, which is called vertex. It can be classified
according to their measurements in degrees (⁰). We use
protractor in measuring it.

Look at the illustrations below;

An acute angle
measures less A right angle An obtuse angle
than 90⁰. It is measures 90⁰. measures more
smaller than a It forms a than 90⁰ but less
right angle. square corner. than 180⁰.
Activity 1.

A. Check the proper column that represents the kind of angle it has.

For Activity 2.

For items 1 to 3 for perfectly drawn and labelled angles, they will get 1 point.
For items 4 to 5, each correct answer will be given 1 point.
For Activity 3.

For activity 3A for perfectly arranged words/ sentence they will be receiving 2
points.
For activity 3B:

3 points – for beautifully drawn house with correct and complete labels of
angles.

2 points – for beautifully drawn house with correct but incomplete labels of
angles.
1 point- for house draw only without correct and complete labels of angles.
