Yes a towel !
What is its shape?
B. Lesson Proper
figures?
Analysis:
Now, this time we are
going to learn about
quadrilaterals. As we go on
with our lesson I want you
Yes, teacher.
to listen and observe
carefully so that you can
understand what the lesson
is all about. Are you all
ready?
Abstraction:
So, let’s go ahead and let’s
give it a try now.
- What polygon that is a
RECTANGLE
quadrilateral has 4 right
angles and all the sides
are equal?
- Okey, so 2 sets of
parallel sides and the
sides are all equal but RHOMBUS
they are not all right
angles.
-
Yes that’s right a
parallelogram.
Application
Interactive Game (Using
Kahoot Application) - 2 sets of parallel sides
- Sides are all equal
This time we will have an activity. Are
you ready?
- - Only 1 set of parallel
Activity 1 sides
Direction: Using your drill -Sides are not all equal
board, draw and describe the
following:
- 4 right angles
1. Rhombus
- All sides are equal
4. Parallelogram
4. Is a rhombus a square?
5. Is a rectangle a parallelogram?
Activity 1
Direction: Match the descriptions
in column A with its corresponding
quadrilateral in column B. Write the
letter of the correct answer.
Column A Column B
IV. Evaluation:
Direction: Choose the quadrilaterals being described in each item. Select your
