1. DESCRIPTION
MODULO/UNIT: COLORS
 Asocio la imagen con su descripción escrita.
STANDARS:  Identifico la diferencia entre los diferentes colores.
BASIC LEARNING
RIGHTS Students should have a previous knowledge numbers.

 To express and identify the colors in English.

 To know the categories of colors. (primary, secondary and
tertiary)
GOAL:  To practice the writing of the color in English.
CONTENTS Color vocabulary such as: Red , yellow, green, pink, blue, orange.
2. INTRODUCTION
GENERAL In this guide, students will practice the topic through didactic activities
GUIDELINES: that includes matching, writing comprehension. In order to reinforce
the vocabulary links of videos and online game will be included.
The activities students will do during the development of the guide
Activity 1: Color small cake with the right color.
Activity 2: Match the image with the color in English and Spanish.
Activity 3: Write the name of the color in the box.
STUDENTS
Activity 4: Find the word (word search)
EXPECTED Activity 5: Write the missing letter in every color in English.

THE COLORS
Primary colors / Colores primarios

Los colores primarios son los colores básicos que no se pueden crear a partir de una mezcla
de otros colores.
Primary colors are the basic colors that cannot be created from a mixture of other colors.

 Yellow: amarillo
 Blue: azul
 Red: rojo

Secondary colors / Colores secundarios

Estos son los colores que se obtienen a partir de la mezcla de los colores primarios:
These are the colors that are obtained from the mixture of the primary colors.

 Purple (violeta): Blue + Red 
 Orange (naranja): Red + Yellow
 Green (verde): Yellow + Blue

Tertiary colors / Colores terciarios

Son el producto de la combinación entre un color primario y uno secundario, por ejemplo:
They are the product of the combination between a primary and a secondary color, for
example:

1. Colorea el pastelito con en color que corresponde.
