Program Educational Objectives The BSBA program aims to produce business leaders who:
1. Acquired and developed professional competence in business discipline concepts and fundamentals required in business setting both locally and

Course Code and Title HOPE 201- INDIVIDUAL DUAL SPORTS

Course Description This course seeks to broaden the concepts of the students on the rules and regulations of individual and dual sports and its relevance to achieve physical
fitness and wellness.

Contact Hours per Week 2 hours


Pre-requisite/s HOPE 102- Rhythmic Activities
Course Outcomes At the end of this course, the learner should be able to:

1. Recognize the meaning and examples of Individual and Dual sports.


2. Engage students in sport activities with proper guidance of its rules and regulation.
3. Act as better mature individuals through learned knowledge and skills.
4. Make students feel comfortable and responsive in different sport activities.
As evidence of attaining the above course outcomes, the learner has to do and submit the following:
1. Compilation of activities and exercises.
2. Video presentation on hand signal used in badminton and table tennis
