DELIVERABLES:

A. Floor Plan

i. Legend:

The blueprint indicates the floor tile finishes to be used in the flooring
of ground floor, first floor, and roof deck floor. In C1, C2, and C5 Porcelain
Floor Tiles was used with a dimension of 457mmx457mm, in C3 Ceramic Non-
slip Floor Tiles was used with a dimension of 406mmx406mm, in C6, C6A,
C6B Interlocking Paver Blocks was used with a dimension of 200mmx100mm,
in C4 Concrete Pavers was used with a dimension of 305mmx457mm, and in
C8 Fair-Faced Concrete was used with a dimension of 2000x1000mm. From
the indicated type of tiles those are needed for the flooring of the ground floor,
first floor and roof deck.

ii. Tilling Execution

 Lay tiles from the centerline of each space outward to obtain border tile
of equal width and larger dimension.
 Lay tiles in grid pattern. Align joints if adjoining tiles on floor and walls
are the same size. Joints shall be uniform in width.
 Set tile firmly on the mortar bed. Strings or pegs may be used to space
tiles that have no spacers. Bring all surfaces to a true plane at the proper
position or elevation. Thoroughly beat-in all tiles while the mortar bed is
still plastic.
 Make adjustment of tile before initial set of the mortar takes place.
 Terminate work neatly at obstructions, edges, and corners without
disturbing the pattern or joint alignment.
 Grouting: before grouting, wet the joints between tiles if tiles have
become dry, force a maximum amount of grout into the joints, and fill all
gaps and skips. The finished grout shall be uniform in color, smooth, and
without voids, pinholes or low spots.
 Cleaning: Upon completion of installation, clean all tile surfaces so they
are free of foreign matter and leave finished installation clean and free of
cracked, chipped, broken, non-bonded, or otherwise defective tile work.
iii. Ground Floor

Approximately 322 porcelain floor tiles will be mounted on the ground

floor - 73 of them will occupy the kitchen and dining, 123 for the family hall, 35
for the lobby, 14 for the water tank room, and 77 for the majlis area. On the
other hand, about 59 ceramic nonslip floor tiles will cover store-1 (24), store-2
(8), and bathroom-1 (27). Patio will only be needing 9 concrete pavers. Lastly,
about 2,235 interlocking paver blocks will be installed on the said floor - 390 of
them will occupy the porch, 295 for the paved walkway, and 1,550 for the
garage.

a) Installation of Patio Tilling with an area of 1,230,000 mm 2 or with a

dimension of 615 mm x 2,000 mm. The flooring materials to be used
in the Patio area is Concrete Pavers.
b) Installation of Kitchen and Dining Tilling with an area of 15,200,000
mm2 or with a dimension of 4,000 mm x 3,800 mm. The flooring
materials to be used in the Patio area is Concrete Pavers.

iv. First Floor

For the First Floor, 27 fair faced concrete will be used on master’s
bedroom as well as bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. 10 of them is for the master’s
bedroom, 8 for bedroom-1, 7 for bedroom-2, and 2 for bedroom-3. Additionally,
100 ceramic nonslip floor tiles will occupy all the bathrooms on the said floor. 24
of them is for bathroom-2, and 38 each for bathrooms 3 and 4. Lastly, porcelain
floor tiles will be used for the lobby, balcony, and staircase.

a) Installation of Master’s Bedroom Tilling with an area of 19,800,000

mm2 or with a dimension of 4950 mm x 4,000 mm. The flooring
materials to be used in the Master’s Bedroom area is Finish Fair
Faced Concrete.
b) Installation of Bedroom-1 Tilling with an area of 16,000,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 4000 mm x 4,000 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bedroom-1 area is Finish Fair Faced Concrete.
c) Installation of Bedroom-2 Tilling with an area of 13,490,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 3550 mm x 3800 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bedroom-2 area is Finish Fair Faced Concrete.
 d) Installation of Bedroom-3 Tilling with an area of 4,400,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 2200 mm x 2000 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bedroom-3 area is Finish Fair Faced Concrete.
e) Installation of Bathroom-2Tilling with an area of 3,960,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 2200 mm x 1800 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bathroom-2 area is Ceramic Non-slip Floor Tiles.
f) Installation of Bathroom-3Tilling with an area of 6,300,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 3150 mm x 2000 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bathroom-3 area is Ceramic Non-slip Floor Tiles.
g) Installation of Bathroom-4Tilling with an area of 6,300,000 mm 2 or
with a dimension of 3150 mm x 2000 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Bathroom-4 area is Ceramic Non-slip Floor Tiles.
h) Installation of Lobby Tilling with an area of 18,000,000 mm 2 or with a
dimension of 3000 mm x 6000 mm. The flooring materials to be used
in the Lobby area is Porcelain Floor Tiles.
i) Installation of Balcony Tilling with an area of 3,240,000 mm 2 or with a
dimension of 1800 mm x 1800 mm. The flooring materials to be used
in the Balcony area is Porcelain Floor Tiles.
j) Installation of Staircase Tilling with Porcelain Floor Tiles as flooring
materials to be used.
Note:
The floor materials to be used in First Floor are 35 Finish Fair Faced
Concrete, 102 Porcelain Floor, and 100 Ceramic Nonslip Floor Tiles.

v. Roof deck Floor

For the Roof deck floor, approximately 6 ceramic Floor Tiles and 9
Porcelain Floor tiles will be mounted on the roof deck floor.
a) Installation of Roof Deck Floor Tilling with an area of 2,940,000 mm 2
or with a dimension of 1400 mm x 2100 mm. The flooring materials to
be used in the Roof Deck Floor area are 6 Ceramic Floor Tiles and 9
Porcelain Floor Tiles.
