Waiver of Rights Perpetua 222
“ A Parcel of land (Lot NO. 3726 of the Cadastral Survey of Jaro, (situated in the
Municipality of Jaro. Nounded on the NE. By Lot No. 3724; on the SE. By Lots No. 3724
and 3733; on the SW. By Lots No. 3730, 3729 and 3726…containing an area of thirteen
thousand two hundred thirty four square meters (13, 234), more or less.”
That I am a co-owner of the 2/12 or 2, 205 Square Meters undivided share of the
above-cited parcel of land by way of sale.
and
“A parcel of land (lot 3728-B, Psd-06-002341, being a portion of Lot 37-28, Sta.
Barbara Cadastral), situated in the barrio of Cabugao Norte, Municiplaity of Pavia,
Province of Iloilo. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2 by Provincial Road; on the N.
along line 2-3 by lot 3726, Sta. Barbara Cadastral and on the SW., along line 4-1 by lot
3729, Sta. Barbara Cadastral, Beginning at a point marked “1” on the subdivision plan,
being S.3-57 S., 179.62 from Lot No. 83; Sta. Barbra Cadastre, thence N. 1-51 E., 37.66
to point 2, S. 72-23 E., 62.36 m,to point 31; S. 20-08 W., 34.43 to point 4; N.74 28 W.,
50.65 to point 1; point of beginning. Containing an area of ONE THOUSAND NINE
HUNDRED NINETY NINE (1, 999) SQUARE METERS , more or less.”
3. That I execute this Waiver freely and voluntarily, with full possession of my
knowledge and understanding as to the consequences of my acts, and without any
presence of force, fraud, threat, intimidation or any other form of vitiation of
consent.
