PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT

It is said that Personality is composed of traits or characteristics, both outer and

inner. Physical appearance may be the first thing that everyone notices, but it can only
tell us how someone is from the outside, not what they are like on the inside. As a
result, our physical appearance cannot significantly enhance our personality; there are
several other factors that play an important role.

Physical health and hygiene are included in that factor because they maintain a
healthy personality as well as the prevention of infection and diseases, and we must
practice the following basic personal hygiene habits if we want to reduce the risk of
infections while also improving our overall health: Bathing on a regular basis, trimming
our nails to prevent the growth of bacteria that can lead to infection, brushing and
flossing, breathing is something we don't like, our tongue contains a lot of bacteria, so
better clean it properly to minimize the accumulation of bacteria in your mouth, which
can lead to tooth decay and gum disease and also our hands contain a lot of bacteria,
wash your hands before touching your face and keep it away until you've washed them.
Lastly, get plenty of sleep; our brains require adequate rest in order to function properly.

Our brain, as the control center of our body, is responsible for keeping our heart
beating and our lungs breathing, as well as allowing us to move, feel, and drink. We
should also consider providing good, relaxation, and exercise in addition to adequate
sleep, and these are some foods for the brain such as iron, vitamin C deficiency, vitamin
B12 deficiency, protein, the B-complex vitamin, thiamine (Vitamin B2) deficiency,
vitamin B12 deficiency. Exercise, on the other hand, helps us control our weight,
reduces our risk of heart disease, helps our body manage blood sugar and insulin
levels, helps us quit smoking, and improves our mental health and mode by releasing
chemicals that make us feel better.

In addition, Good grooming entails not only practicing good hygiene techniques
such as those mentioned above, but also wearing appropriate clothing for the
appropriate occasion, in addition to being neat and clean in every detail when it comes
to clothing and the self, clothing that fits appropriately and is clean without wrinkles or
creases. A well-groomed person chooses dresses and accessories such as jewelry and
accents; shoes, bags, color combinations; and style with care.

In conclusion, we tend to make snap judgments about others based on their

appearance, but as previously stated, appearance can only tell us how someone is on
the outside, not what they are like on the inside. People are beyond their physical
appearance, their way of thinking and the emotions they evoke in us.
