Course Description:
The course deals with the physical fitness and self testing activities via synchronous online class which concern on the development of the muscular strength,
flexibility, cardio-vascular endurance, speed, agility, coordination and self achievement through performances of certain skills. This course intends to give the
students the students a practical knowledge of the purpose and value of physical fitness activities and how to apply “kinaesthetic awareness” in the
performance of the performance of the movement skills that have a direct bearing on the individual level fitness and daily life activities amidst in the
pandemic.
General objectives:
The course is design to acquire knowledge on the purpose, importance and values of physical education and health fitness and sports fitness; to understand
the needs of a physically fit and healthy population as part of the national thrust for development and progress.
Specific objectives:
At the end of the online class course the students will be able to:
Develop and maintain good health and high level of physical fitness
Interpret and perform every instruction of the different physical fitness test
Promote correct form of exercise with comfort
