Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Ms. Liezel P. Dajuya, our Advising Class and Instructor at
GE102, used a video presentation. This video is all about Orientation for CTE students, began
from the first part of well presentation, which showed the Logos and student organizations under
the CTE department of Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Lipa, accompanied by different activities and
events held by the said department.
Before the event orientation begins, the Hillsong United One-Way is played, followed by the
National Anthem, Lipeno Hym, and KLL Hym. And then introduced the people in the CTE
department before talking about the Kolehiyo Lungsod ng Lipa's Vision, Mission, and Goals. It
brought in the CTE faculty members. 
Our department Dean, CTE Department Dr. Aquilino D. Arellano, who is also the Vice President
of Academic Affairs, delivered the welcome remarks. He stated that the last few years have been
difficult, beginning with the volcanic eruption and the Covid-19 Virus, which have caused
significant changes in our society. It impacted our educational system, particularly at KLL,
where he stated, "Teachers and students are exhausted; we made several adjustments, and online
distance learning was not an easy challenge; it is a big change, but this year we will bring the
colors back, to this pandemic streaking world, and spread the use as far as we can." Following
the welcome remarks, they introduced the people who make up the College of Teacher
Education, our faculty members.
Especially after the introduction of the faculty members, the synchronous and asynchronous
rules in the implementation of online distance learning were discussed. Our College
Administrator, Mr. Mario Carmelo A. Pesa, CPA, concludes the well-spoken event with an
inspiring and motivating message.
