One of the most significant parts of education is technology.


In 21st-century classrooms, interactive white boards, tablets, mp3 players, laptops, and other
technologies are commonplace.
Teachers are encouraged to include these technological devices into the classroom to assist
pupils learn more efficiently and meet the needs of a diverse group of students.
Teaching employees must also maintain excellent relationships with parents and stakeholders,
as well as keep up with current educational developments.

II. Professional Development Goal and Objectives

A. Overall Goal:

Professional development is the process of improving the skills and performance of employee by
providing a wide range of opportunities to improve knowledge, skills and attitudes both
personally and professionally. Professional development focuses on enhancing personnel's
capabilities in accordance with their required tasks and duties so that they can meet expected
standards.

In this connection, we strive to improve our personal development and development, as


well as our parents and stakeholders' participation in our school program and projects for
the benefit of our students. This SPPD also has the objective of equipping our teaching
staff with ICT knowledge to teach and learn.
