Overview
In order to be a good draftsman, you need to learn how to measure
using the different measuring tools. You need also to be precise, accurate
and neat in all of your outputs. Measurement is important in our day-to-day
life to get the right amount of quantity we require. Exact measurement helps
in taking correct decisions.
Lettering is used to describe, or provide detailed specifications for, an
object. With the goals of legibility and uniformity, styles are standardized and
lettering ability has little relationship to normal writing ability.
Directions: Identify the following statements. Write your answer on the space
provided.
1. It originated from two the first two letters of the Greek
alphabet alpha and beta.
