    N.B : Any absence must be justified otherwise it will be sanctioned.

    Progression of the meeting :

    • Sarah Guesmi asked every group about the progress of the work given and
    announced that we will start publishing our rubrics next week .

    • Group1 must start contacting the factories asking for authorizations and coordinate
    with them in order to make an appointment for the outing, other groups should
    submit their work as soon as they can.
    • Sarah Guesmi et Malek Ammar talked about two factories and they are sure they will
    allow us to film our video.

    • Sarah suggested a new idea of a rubric which is the Podcast and it was appreciated
    by the whole team, Emna suggested that we can publish our podcasts on a platform
    called CastBox, Nada said that podcasts posted on our social media accounts
    preferably should be in Arabic.

    • Sarah announced that the dates of the competitions (TSYP/Tech Race/…) are close
    so we have to be prepared, we have to start by searching for a problematic and
    choose an idea we are going to work on, the idea must respond on 5 questions:
    what (general description of the idea) ; who (the beneficiary of the project) ; When
    ; Where ; How ( describe how we can realize this idea)

    • Olfa added that innovation doesn’t mean creating a completely new idea but it can
    also be a new way of doing something or even a new way of thinking it can affect a
    specific side for example the economic side or the technical and even the design side.

    Required Work:

    * Each person has to bring an idea of a project and it must be related to the topic of
    our chapter IAS.
