NOTE:
After so many complaints from the employees and the clients, ABIS HSE VIOLATION AND DISCIPLINARY action matrix has been
revised and below are the points to be considered for the proper implementation of the above matrix.
• All the violations are applicable for one-year cycle and the beginning of each year the violation will count from 1st occurrence.
• Warning letter will be issued by the HR department and HR department will further consider it for the employee evaluation.
• For any safety violation other than described in this chart, HSE manager will act based on the complexity and investigation report.
• In case of termination of the employee, HR role will start, and further process will be based on HR policy.
• This chart is applicable to all ABIS employees regardless of the position or trade. (From GM to Helper)
• Any compensation or intervention observed by the employee other than violators, the case will be forwarded to HR for the further action.
• This matrix is applicable to only the original violator. In case, actual violator nominates the subordinate or other worker than strict action will be
taken against the actual violator.
