ENGINEER’S COMMENTS:

1. Provide the testing and re-conditioning methodology of transformer at "Off state" condition as per manufacturer recommendations.
2. Include in the methodology to provide report summary of testing results conducted with images of the findings for Etihad record.
3. Ensure the reconditioning work shall be done as per original OEM guidelines or manufacturer recommendation reconditioning procedure.
4. Ensure safety officer is present during the live testing of the transformer.
