answer.

Agricultural society is a kind of society that I accept helps live because individuals in
an agricultural society by and large lead more settled ways of life since they live
forever close to the land that is cultivated. Not every person in an agrarian culture is
a rancher. Certain individuals make living exchanging or making and selling products
like cultivating instruments.

Activity 2: OUR FILIPINO TRAITS
1. List down five (3) Filipino traits/behaviors that you practice at home.
2. Write a brief explanation below each trait.

1. Filipino hospitality is legendary. Filipinos are well-known for being welcoming

to visitors. They would like to extend a warm welcome to every visitor who
comes to their home in order to ensure that these people will want to return.
This is something I frequently do with my visitors. When visitors came to my
house, I would provide food and other activities.
2. Being upbeat even when faced with adversity. Regardless of how difficult the
situation may be, Filipinos can still smile and be optimistic about it. They
would continue to tell and listen to jokes. Even in the midst of adversity, I
maintain a positive attitude in our home.
3. Utang na Loob. When someone does me a favor, especially among my
friends and family. I would make certain that I would repay it, even if it took
some time.

someone is good or not Luffy is great
once he puts his mind to something.
And this is most likely because he has a
pure heart.

get there.

What I Have Learned

Activity 4: WHAT IS IMPORTANT?
From your answers in Activity 2, Our Filipino Traits, choose one (1) trait which you
consider important in the Philippine society today. Explain your answer.
>Being upbeat even when faced with adversity. Since the more conscious we can be
about our feelings, thoughts, words, and actions – the more likely we are to stay
positive and to move through the adversity in a way that we can actually learn and
grow from, not just survive. With the volatility of the economy, the negativity of the
upcoming election, and fear of the unknown, it seems easy to get stuck in the “doom
and gloom” of the world around us. I believe this is an important thing to possess in
Philippine society today.

What I Can Do
Activity 5: THE BETTER VERSION OF ME
Due to this pandemic, we got a chance to have a longer vacation, not in our dream
destination, but at home. Sometimes we say, we are already bored doing our daily
routine at home. What did you do to kill the boredom? Well, for sure you keep on
thinking happy moments and perhaps doing things that are enjoyable, right? We
have personal realizations and reflections of ourselves, too. With this, list down three
(3) positive changes that happened in your life brought about by this situation.
The Better Version of Me
1. Physical activity and exercise have been shown to benefit people of all ages.
We are designed to move, and many of our body's systems function better
when we are physically active on a regular basis. I consider using physical
activity and exercise as a strategy to maintain my health physically and
emotionally during this stressful period.
2. Moving somewhere new means new life and a new perspective. In
pre-COVID19 I moved here to Cagayan and it helped me forget the scenery
of being stuck in a rut. It also helped me reflect on things I did which I
regretted.
3. Taking baby steps in life. I’ve experienced advancing things and it didn’t go
the way I predicted it to be so I decided that take things slowly since small
steps can lead to a good cycle of success breeding success as I establish
habits, hit mini-goals, and note my progress.
