Looking after Channel sales for Havells Switches Division.
Taking care of 1 distributor 10 dealers and 250 retailers in North Delhi region and responsibility to generate sales from
them.
Making sure the monthly target is achieved over the year.
Added additional 50 new retail counters and 2 new dealers for the switches division over the period of time and make
sure they are giving timely business every month.
Handling team of four people who are off role and proper handling and guidance is given on how to go by the targets
and monthly schemes are decided for retailers and dealers.
Looking after additional 50 retail partners for all the divisions to make sure they are achieving the desired slabs under the
schemes of the company.
Also made sure that proper branding of the particular retail or dealer outlet is done for switches and other Havells
promotion is done. Electrician meet is done thrice every month to motivate the retailer for the future business plan.
Successful in increasing the sales revenue for the distributer in 2017-2018 financial year compare to 2016-2017
financial year and also achieved overall 15% growth in switches division in last financial year.
