1. Kids, adverb modifies verbs, adjectives, or other adverbs. They


answer the questions how, how often, when or where.

Adverb can be adverbs of frequency and adverbs of intensity.

1. Adverbs of frequency answer the questions how ofter?

Heres an example.

Enteng watered the pots each morning for the month as Stevie
took pictures daily.

In this sentence, what is our adverb of frequency.

1. Adverbs of intensity answers the question “To what extent?”

Heres an example.

He is quite amazed with enteng’s industry.

To what extend does he amazed with entengs industry?

Very good, “quite”.

Try this example.

Entengs father was very worried about his mother.

What adverbs of intensity used in the sentence?
