1 Replacing Preheater Components

1.1 Replacing the Controller (with Display) of the Control Box

A Controller with display, article number 619165

To replace the display, proceed as follows:

Dismount the cover of the control box.

Dismount the connection cables on the back of the controller.

Press the clamping brackets on both outer surfaces of the controller.

Remove the display from the cover of the control box.

Install the new controller in the reverse order.

1.2 Replacing Relays and Fuses in the Control Box

B Relay, article number 616621

To replace the relay (B), proceed as follows:

Screw the four screws L1, T1, A2- and A1+ (see description on the relay) out and
remove the connection cable of the relay.

Screw the fastening screws of the relay out.

Now you can remove the relay and replace it.

After you have replaced the relay, reconnect the connection cables correctly.

To replace the fuses (C), proceed as follows:

Flip the cover of the fuses up. The cover protects all three fuses at the same time.

Replace the defective fuses.

Flip the cover back down.
