3. Suppose you are recruited by Solshare, a leading PV solution provider in the country, where your
task is to design the DC-DC boost converter for photovoltaic system as shown in Fig.4, using
computer simulation. (1) Derive the necessary expressions needed for your design. (2) Design
the circuit components of the boost converter for the required specifications shown in Table-I.
(3) If you increase the switching frequency from 25 kHz to 30kHz, how it will affect your design
considering the size and cost for your analysis. [CO2] (6+8+6)
