TERMS and CONDITIONS:

1. Payment Terms
* Quote is valid for 30 days.
* An advance payment of 70% is to be issued with purchase order towards mobilization.
* Another 20% would be due against delivery of materials.
* Balance is due 30 days after completion.
* Billing will be done at actual for installed quantity.
* Lead period 45 days after receiving of PO

2. Other Terms & Conditions

A. ELT India shall furnish all materials, labour, equipment and supervision to supply and install
- Pregrown R3 living wall system with panel size 30 x30 x 10cm
- Pregrown R4 living wall system with panel size 15 x15 x15cm
- Complete panel or part thereof (cut panel) will be charged as a complete panel (1sft)
- Basic Irrigation system within Green wall which include emitter lines, supply lines & fittings only.
- The items Pump, controllers are to be provided by client
- plants suitable for climatic & microclimatic conditions of Site including shade path
- Free maintenance period is 3 months from the day of installation.
- Artificial Lights for indoor Greenwall are not quoted.

B. Owner or general contractor to provide.

- All lifts of product to the proper elevations.
- Scaffolding or hydraulic platform or ladder if the Green wall height is more than 8 feet. This should
be provided at the time of installation & also for maintenance purpose, every month.
- Staging area and unloading area.
- Engineered approved drawing and all permits.
- Water and power source brought to the specified areas for irrigation connections.
- Irrigation tank
- Irrigation Pump, controllers are to be provided by client
- Local charges if any like Mathadi charges
C. Additional Notes:
- Extended warranty in this quote has not been provided but can provide upon request & only if maintained by
ELT certified contractor
- Plant varieties considered are the varieties suitable for such micro climate.
3. Mobilization include import of different parts, production of parts, propagation of vegetation, products
of growth medium and establishment time frame of pre-vegetated panels.
