What is your role or contribution in our country’s national security?
Student’s Answer:

National security is defined as a condition or circumstance in which the Philippines and its
economic safety, well-being, traditions and cultures, government and its institutions, national sovereignty,
democracy, and basic values are reinforced and safeguarded. Humans have had an instinct for safety since
the beginning of time. It is one of our primal instincts, and with technology, innovation, and legislation, we
gradually enhance our ability. When something comes to security, there are two ideas that explain why it
is important to improve safety: Human Security and National Security.

The major aim of the NSTP training is to submit Filipinos to the Service Training Program. The
young were given the opportunity to contribute to the country's national security in an article titled "10
Ways Youth Can Make an Impact." It stressed the need of young participation in societal transformation. It
gives the idea that being a relevant and active part of society does not need waiting until one is an adult.
Knowing my rights, being an inspiration to others, speaking up, joining campaigns, utilizing my creativity,
forming hosted young organizations, and so on are all roles or contributions I feel I can make to our
national security.

To summarize, including young people from all walks of life in the security of our country would
empower and encourage them to play a
more significant part in national security. There is an urgent need to enhance awareness of national
security and its impact on many elements of the country's well-being through educational institutions.
National security helps the country retain its sanity in safety, and privacy is essential to keep your
information private. Our military and national security forces are the most important and should be
prioritized.
