REALIZATION, INSIGHT AND LEARNINGS
What are your expectations to the CWTS Course?
Student’s Answer:

Civic Welfare Training Service (CWTS) aims to make students like me realize what my role in the
Philippines by involving in various types of service activities in public and civic affairs based on what we
learned from the first NSTP, which promotes civic consciousness and defense preparedness program that
leads for the betterment of life in the community is.

To be more specific, I expect that CWTS would firstly give me an awareness of and importance of Youth in
society, especially when people see me as a teenager and I encounter some problems regarding freedom
of speech because they think that I’m too young to know things and I have no right to express my opinions
on others. From then on, this course will make me a sociable person by having an involvement or
contribution to public health, education, environment, recreation, and morals of the citizenry. Lastly, I
expect to develop an idea and awareness of the country's status, especially of the long-lasting problems
that are still not addressed.

Furthermore, Youth can contribute to the public with no discrimination of age. Students like me could
change this world by learning the basics, and CWTS will help me become one.
