DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Absolute Sale is entered into this __ day of __________ in __________, Philippines,
by and between:

ADRIAN SANCHEZ DAEL, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of BLK 09 LOT 21
RELOCATION 5 PULONG STA CRUZ SANTA ROSA LAGUNA, hereinafter referred to as the
“VENDOR”;

 And

MARELOU EMPINADO DETROS, of legal ag/*/-----------------------------------------------------

e, Filipino, married, and a resident of BLK 10 LOT 18 RELOCATION 5 PULONG STA CRUZ
SANTA ROSA LAGUNA, hereinafter referred to as the “VENDEE”;

WITNESSETH THAT;

         The BUYER / VENDEE has offered to purchase the above-described property and the
SELLER / VENDOR has accepted said offer, subject to the following terms and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED –
FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 250,000.00), Philippine currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by ADRIAN S. DAEL to his full and complete satisfaction, hereby SELLS, CEDES,
CONVEYS AND TRANSFERS unto and in favour of the said VENDEE, his heirs, successors and
assigns, the foregoing property described as at BLOCK 09 LOT 21 RELOCATION 5 PULONG
STA CRUZ, CITY OF SANTA ROSA, LAGUNA with an area of SIXTEEN (16) SQUARE
METERS;

This Deed shall be valid and binding not only on the parties herein but also on their heirs, agents,
representatives, successors and assigns.
