INTRODUCTION
By the help of the dear teacher Mrs. Naneth Valdehuesa who encourage the owners
to move forward in making the business. The proponents are hoping that the target
buyers which are the students and teachers in Alubijid National Comprehensive High
School and the residents of Alubijid, Misamis Oriental. To be satisfy and guarantee to
those people who doesn’t yet taste the Munchkin.

LOCATION
The location of the business been chosen by the owners will be at one of the
proponent’s residence for the reason that the area is near to public areas or near to areas
were consumers are present such like schools and because of that it is really
advantageous for the business. The proponents also decided to canvas the
product on store and stalls near homes and also to those stores outside the schools
near specifically in Alubijid National Comprehensive High School and other schools
located in Alubijid.
ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
The proponents of the project were classmates in ABM Canada at Alubijid National
Comprehensive High School. The proponent’s partnership was created because of the
subject Entrepreneurship. The proponents of the business are classmates since grade
11 so the different capabilities and talents the proponents have are already discovered
and identified that’s why it serves as an advantage for the proponents to work together
upon achieving the goal of the business.
Yummy Munchies
The starting capital of the business would be P900.00 which will be invested by the
owners. The source of funds are from the savings of the proponents. The amount will be
allotted for different expenses such as raw materials, supplies, and other necessary
expenses in running the business.

PRODUCT OFFERING
Yummy Munchies offers yummy, festive, and joyful munchkin balls. Munchkins are
prepared insanely easy but are rich. The product offers a sweet and melt-in-your-mouth
snack in a reasonable price. These treats are popular not just during the holidays but
year-round, loved by young and old alike. What sets Yummy Munchies apart from other
munchkins is that the munchkins balls are rolled in sprinkle candies.
Also, the product packaging is specially designed for gift-giving, perfect for any
occasion. The product can also be infused with different toppings aside from sprinkle
candies such as chopped nuts, cocoa powder, or grated coconut; to be implemented on
the succeeding selling activity.
PRODUCT
The product will be comprise of Ace Biscuit, Condensed Milk and Desired topping
such as sprinkles, nips, graham biscuit and desiccated coconut. The product will
come out to round and oval shapes that will attract and satisfy the customer’s taste.

Munchkins will range at a cost per piece, P5.00. This cost is highly acceptable
because no person thinks that they will buy a product with different flavor like the same
price as a regular munchkins. Real competitors, indeed, refers only to competition, their

presence and absence of key assets and skills needed to compete in the market. They
don`t ever think how this experimental product brings to our business to be popular.

PROMOTION
The strategic way of marketing the product will be using social media sites like posting
Yummy Munchies on Facebook, direct marketing to the customers and contact buyers.
The proponents of the business will assure that the quality of the product is good and
maintained with proper product sanitation

The process will start upon purchasing the needed raw materials for the
product. Secondly is the processing of the product or the product processing also
known as the production proper and lastly is the distribution of the product also
known as the product distribution
