We have placed an order with you on October 8, 2021 for two models of your
refrigerator, the Samsung Inverter 488 liter refrigerator RF48A4010M9 / SV
and the Samsung Inverter 307 liter refrigerator RB30N4190BY / SV. We
received the goods on December 18, 2021. The reason is that we are writing
this letter to you to make a complaint about the order you have delivered.
We have ordered for you 500 pieces of Samsung Inverter 488 liter refrigerators
RF48A4010M9 / SV but you only deliver for them 400 pieces , we are still
missing 100 pieces. Next is the Samsung Inverter 307 liter refrigerator series
RB30N4190BY / SV from the 10th to the 12th shipment in which both slipped
on the main side and broke on the right side of the refrigerator.
We will send you the accompanying illustrated certificate below. We need you
to give us the best solution. I have goods for sale outside the market, if
possible, we will continue to cooperate with you on your next order.
