ANS 1) All of us experience anger in our lives. Uncontrolled anger can create problems in our
relationships which can complicate life. That’s why I have learnt to manage and eventually let
go of my anger which has helped me to become a better person. I would love to give an
example-

At first I used to get angry very fast. Once just my friend told me that I’m very bad at keeping
secrets. Listening to this I got very angry from her which broke our 5 years of friendship. After
this my mother explained me that it was my fault. She was just telling me that I’m bad at
this .Instead with fighting with her I would have worked on that which would have saved our
friendship. After listening to my mother I started letting go my anger which now made me a
much better person in life.

ANS 2) Visual communication is the transfer of ideas and information in forms that can be seen.
Examples of visual communication can be used include conferences and trade shows, websites,
office presentations and meetings and much more.

It has many advantages. For example-

Recently a campaign was held named ‘SWACH BHARAT ABHIYAN’. The receivers who were
illiterate were also able to understand by watching various advertisements and hoardings that
they should not throw garbage here and there.

It becomes very easy to explain the meaning of the presentation.

ANS 3 i) BETTER LATE THAN NEVER-

MEANING-It is better to do something late than to not/never do it at all

Example- All of us has been waiting for you for two hours, but better late than never.

ii) BIRDS OF A FEATHER FLOCK TOGETHER-

MEANING- People of the same sort or with same interests will be found together
Example- Jenny and Ashu are both friendly and good at math. They often spend time together.
Birds of a feather flock together.

ANS 4 i) In my opinion Snowden’s actions are not justified at all. He should be punished for
what he has done. His idea was right but the way of doing was totally wrong .He cannot release
any confidential documents to the press. Even he wanted to show to the public he could have
done that in a more legalized way .If he will not be given any punishment then anyone who us
great computer expert can violate the rules and take out the information in the wrong way.

ii) As the head of tax agency I will choose the first option which states that I’ll ignore defaults
that are merely technical in nature as Dr X is doing a great job for the society so these small
defaults can be neglected .But I’ll make sure that the doctor soon come up with a hospital
which he had planned. If he is not able to do that then definitely strict action would be taken
against him. But definitely we would ensure the substantial tax compliance.

iii a)The steps that I would take are-

A special ward will be made especially for girls so that they can complain at any time regarding
these issues.

Strict actions will be taken so that the people who tried to do such shameful act would not even
think about it.

Girls would be given special training by the government for self protection.

iii b) I would conduct special programs which would state that if girls will go out and be
educated they will not be a burden anymore to anyone and they will do better in their lives.
Remaining the topic of unemployment there are plenty of jobs that are provided by the
government so there is no question of unemployment.

Iv a) Our company first will tie up with the government so that the government can provide us
with funds.

Secondly we will make small camps and educate the people of these poverty stricken areas
about this disease.

We will also appoint some people so that they can go from home to home making awareness
about the disease.

Our company will also hold various checkups at very low cost so that some of the amount could
be recovered.
 Iv b) Tying up with government at first would be difficult task as we have to gain government
assurance.

There is no such disadvantage in educating the people.

Holding small camps for checkups is a great idea to recover a small amount of money. But at
the same time it is a wrong way to make money.
