On this day, since deployment wasn’t available and our
assistance was not needed due to various risk involved with
the task done by the PESMU. To compensate, Mr. Rafael
handed out materials to the different kinds of splicing. He
even demonstrated how to do the basic splicing. It was very
easy for him, of course. Then he told us to just follow the
steps provided by the handout.

The group was able to finish and produce the needed group

output with teamwork, camaraderie, and hard work. Our 8

outputs were able to satisfactorily pass the criteria of Mr.
Rafael.

Among the different kinds of splicing, according to Mr. Rafael


in their line of work only (Rat and Pig) Tail and Western
Union (Long and Short) tie splices are commonly used. The
rest are used and are utilized by Electronics and
Communications Engineers.
