DETAILED LESSON PLAN IN ENGLISH 2

I- OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:
A. identify verbs in the poem titled “A Trip to the Zoo”;
B. distinguish the pictures expressing the verb through coloring it;
C. construct sentences using verbs; and
D. appreciate the use of verbs in expressing daily actions.

II- CONTENT:
Topic: Action Verbs
References: Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) Grade 2 pp.34-45.
Materials: Flashcards, visual aids, pictures, colors
Values: Cooperation, self-esteem, and appreciation
