Tajuk : Using the Google Classroom Platform

1. ISU YANG DIFOKUSKAN :

Giving homework to pupils after a topic is taught is very important in order to help the teacher to test the
pupils understanding on any topics taught. This could also help teachers to ensure that pupils follow the
teaching and learning without any fail and no pupils are left behind. If a pupil experiences any problems or
doubt in the topic, the teacher can identify through the exercises given in the exercise book as their
homework. However, the pupils of Year 2 Sinar had problems in submitting their homework. The pupils were
using Telegram as a medium to send in all their work. I found it to be easier if I create a google classroom for
them.

2. ANALISIS ISU YANG DIFOKUSKAN (PUNCA DAN KESAN ISU):

I decided to create google classroom for my Year 2 pupils. After creating the platform, I invited all my pupils
using their MOE email id to join my class. I did a tutorial video on how to log in and enter the google classroom
and sent it into the Telegram group. Some pupils did not even log in to their google classroom.

3. KAJIAN LAMPAU (LITERATURE REVIEW) TERHADAP ISU (PENGALAMAN ATAU KAJIAN LEPAS):
According to Fadhilah (2010), the main source for pupils to fail to submit complete and submit their
homeworks is because they do not understand the content of the topic or the lesson taught. Hence, I thought
my instructions were unclear and they do not know how to use it.

4. CADANGAN DAN IDEA PENYELESAIAN MASALAH:

I presented the screen in the google meet during one of my classes and showed them how to log in to the
google classroom platform. I asked the pupils to do it immediately so that we can continue using the
platform to its maximum use. I started posting the tasks on google platform and again I showed them on
how to turn them in in the right way.

6. TINDAKAN SUSULAN :
I will assess the pupils in the google classroom as it makes both the teacher and the pupils easier to give
clear and better instructions and feedback.

8. KEBERKESANAN LANGKAH YANG DICADANGKAN :

For the next class, I just uploaded the tasks and materials in google classroom without having to show them
the right way to use it or submit the work.

9. KESIMPULAN / REFLEKSI (KESAN TINDAKAN (PERLU) DAN HALANGAN (JIKA ADA):

I am so satisfied with the result by applying the suggestions to overcome the problems.
