Main: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to say out and identify the sentences.
Objectives Complementary: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to write the sentences based on the
picture.
Success Criteria/ 1. Can say out and identify at least 2 sentences correctly.

LEARNING OUTLINES:
1. Teacher plays a random TRUE or FALDE game with pupils. Teacher randomly says

sentences and pupils say out true or false. Ex: There are five shelves at the back.
1. Pupils refer to textbook page 20 Activity 2. Pupils refer to the picture and find words for each
category based on the picture.
2. Pupils complete the exercise in their exercise books and reminded to check their spelling. Ex:
feather, tail, beak, wings, fur, leaf, branch, root, stem, petal, sailing, surfing, mountain biking,
horse-riding, fishing, photographer, chef, police officer, business woman, chemist’s,
butcher’s, fishmonger’s, greengrocer’s, bakery, grass, trees, flowers, waterfall, mountain,
path, river, stream
Lesson Development
3. Pupils read the speech bubbles in Activity 3. Teacher asks pupils to check if the sentences are
true or false.
4. In pairs, pupils come out with 4 sentences based on the picture that are true and false. Pupils
write the sentences in their exercise books.
5. Teacher shows some examples.
6. Upon completing the sentences, pupils say out the sentences and their partner try to identify the
sentences.
Post Lesson 1. Pupils conduct the activity in groups of four where pupils repeat the sentences with other.
