Overview about Pec 800 Wellnes Management

There have been multiple instances in PEC 800 this semester. Our first meetup was held online
due to pandemic limitations and the fact that numerous students are on quarantine. This is partly
due to the sheer number of pupils in our class. The instructor introduced herself and laid out the
plans for Pec 800 this semester during our first meeting. For instance, the weekly activity, final
project, and PEC portfolio. The lecture will usually be focused on the topic we're studying, in this
case, the factor of wellbeing. We discovered that there are seven different categories of wellness
that can be discussed in class: intellectual, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, and occupational
wellness. Our portfolio operations will combine these efforts. In week three, students must create
a poster focused on the elements of wellbeing. My group was given the assignment of creating a
poster about social wellness. For that action, we must present to the lecturer. As a result, we
explain to Madam what social wellbeing is and what its benefits and drawbacks are.

The following week, Madam separated the students into six groups. Six students make up one
group. Madam then requested that we discuss the activity that the students will be hosting. The
best part is that each group will have a different task or activity allocated to them. As a result, we
will be exposed to a variety of activities through our classmates. As madam indicated, all groups
must accomplish this duty before to Ramadhan. If we do it this manner, we can take a break from
fasting. Among the activities are home injuries, sports injuries, home workouts, and other
workouts. Only the group leading the activity for that week needs to come to campus; the rest will
join them online through Zoom's platform.

online and watched as they demonstrated different exercises for group 5. They completed furniture-based
home workouts, which we can do when the gyms are closed. Some of the exercises involved chairs and
tables, which are common household items. I followed group 6's workouts, which included mental health
exercises and routines, as exercise benefits both mental and physical health.

We have one week to finish our portfolio and this weekly reflection. Prior to that, we had one last task to
complete: developing a meal menu. My team had to create a menu based on a seven-day muscular food
plan. We need to create a nutritious cuisine that is suited for Malaysians as well as a cuisine that is
beneficial for folks trying to gain muscle.
