 As an HR Executive, I handle the monthly processing of Salary, Attendance monitoring, Leave calculations, and other
salary components like PF, and ESIC with our consultant.
 All our salaries for 500 employees are smoothly processed in Spine Payroll Software which was web-based.
 I was also responsible for the generation & maintenance of Bank statements after salary processing & coordinator with the
Bank authorities to ensure smooth salary processing.
 Generation of FNF payment and other accounts after the employment was under my profile.
 Induction and training of all the new employees along with the generation of their offer letter, appointment letter, etc. were
under my profile.
 Maintenance of scanned & hardcopy of payments.

 As a Payroll Executive, I handle the monthly processing of Salary, monthly payment PF & ESIC contribution for all the
employees under our contract.
 I was responsible for the generation & registration of UAN no. in EPFO website & ESIC no. in ESIC online portal for the
new employees as well as paying their monthly contribution.
 All our salaries for 2000 employees are smoothly processed in Spine Payroll Software.
 I was also responsible for the generation & maintenance of Bank statements after salary processing.
 Revision of minimum wages & dearness allowance was maintained under my profile.
