Checklist-01_Before-During Work
1 Sufficient hacking of all concrete surfaces done OR bonding agent applied just prior to plastering
2 Conduiting / piping, electrical boxes fixed in chases - complete with testing, packed and well cured
3 Chicken mesh fixing done satisfactorily at all masonry and RCC member joints and on cured chases
4 Masonry surface well cleaned and thoroughly watered on previous day and brought to SSD condition
5 Sufficient level pads made on walls --(Plaster thk max 20mm) in perfect line, level, plumb and right angle at corners
6 Mortar prepared--Mix proportion as specified
7 Walls and Ceiling plaster applied in single stroke without joints
8 For two coat application; First coat thk max 15mm, kept scratched, cured before second coat application
9 All plastering work carried out in perfect line, level, plumb, right angle at corners without waviness and hollows
10 All clear opening dimensions kept as per dwg. Edges and corners finished properly.
11 Plaster cut just above skirting level
12 Any other observation
Checklist-02_After Work
12 Applied plaster checked for any defects while green and rectifications carried out to satisfaction
13 Back coat plaster kept scratched (min 2mm depth) for fixing tiles, dado etc as per dwg
14 Curing of plaster done for minimum 7 days
15 Any other observation
