Comments/Suggestions:
The seminar is informative and very beneficial to be as a future working man. The
organizers see to it to explain well to us the basic safety concept and principles. And for
us to recognize the basic machine shop safety practices. The organizers stimulate
information on the importance of ensuring safety and able be aware of the hazards at
work. The aim of the webinar is for us to be able to know the occupational safety and
health in the workplace. They teach us to be discipline to prevention and be aware of
occupational accidents and hazardous apparatus that could harm to us. The webinar
session is to foster a safe and healthy workplace.

The webinar is very informative because I learned to adopt the right technology
and how technology work nowadays. New technologies are rapidly being used by
businesses of all kinds to alter the people of the management process. I was able
to know how technology in the workplace helps in keeping it fully organized. With
that, it helps building, delegating, reviewing and assessing the task.

challenging situations. Thanks so much for your very valuable training. I am thankful that I
was able to know the meaning of customer service roadmap and the how to improve
customer satisfaction. Customer experience is one of the most important aspects of any
developing company, and creating a great customer experience necessitates offering
excellent and fast service.

It was very helpful to understand machine shop safety protocols and awareness. It is
very informative and help me safe and secure in the workplace. It is important to the
machine shop should also always be kept clean and maintained since in this case
maintenance and safety go hand in hand. Naturally, the methane shop should be
equipped with the first aid kit as well as fire extinguisher that are readily available.
