In this time of remote learning where face-to-face engagements are restricted, we can
still be healthy at the comfort of our own homes. This activity lets you discover your
creativity and ingenuity through brochure making, entitled “Health-e Lifestyle”. Your
brochure can be digital or printed depending on your chosen learning modality. You are
expected to narrate your possible physical activities at home. This brochure aims to
promote a healthy lifestyle in the new normal set-up.

IV. Assessment Activity (GRASPS)

healthy lifestyle through home exercises you learned in your PE
class.

the instructions given per subject for you to come up with the desired
output for this integrative performance task.

MAPEH Create a brochure with different pictures that show Related


Fitness/Physical activities that can help you and your family stay
healthy in spite of these pandemic days. You may research through
the internet or cut pictures from old magazines at least 10 pages with
5 pictures and with a description of how it will help you stay healthy.

fitness experience by answering the following questions.
1. What are the tools you used in your physical fitness activities?
