The online meeting for the Plan and Adjustment on PIA of ESIP was held last April 15, 2020 at
9:00 in the morning.

A. Enrollment: Due to PANDEMIC our principal Mrs. Bive asked the help of LGU, GPTA to
encourage parents to enroll their children in school
B. Literacy: Launching DepEd Sulong Edukalidad Region QUBE and the
Division Literacy Program BRB4
C. Performance Rating: Different Programs of the school was explained by the Project
Leaders Mrs Vilma Caungan, Mrs M. Ombac, Mrs R. Wein, MEA Coordinator Mrs. E.
Rosendo, Mrs. J. Cagabhion the Guidance Designate
D. Physical Facilities: Ms. A. Dela Cruz, DRRM Coordinator also explained that there will be
adjustment in School Physical Facility to comply with the IATF Standard and Protocols

F. OTHER MATTERS
Learning Delivery Modalities
Mrs. Ma. Jennifer C. Bive reiterated that the participation and involvement of everyone is a
must for the adjustment of Priority Improvement Area PIA
