1. I've learned the different reading interventions and it really helps me in teaching my struggling readers in my class
2. I have learned the different reading interventions needed to help our learners who are struggling readers by applying
what I learned from the workshop.
3. As a teacher, we will always do good deeds, speak good words and think positive thoughts to our children this would
help us to create a different classroom environment

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR FUTURE TRAINING PROGRAM IMPROVEMENTS:

The facilitators and the Program Management Team (PMT) in general showed an OUTSTANDING conduct of the
activity. Participants were motivated to ask questions and were actively involved in all discussions and workshops. Thus,
no further training enhancements needed.
