DEAR PARENTS:

Good day!

Research has been one of the subjects of Grade 11 and 12 students. It’s been a culture
of the school to conduct a final defense in research for the students to present and
defend their topics. Last year, it was done online due to pandemic which will not allow
students to go to school. As the government announces Alert Level 1 as restriction in
Cavite area, we came up to an idea that there will be a face-to-face final defense for
research. The goal is to allow students to experience the feeling of speaking and
presenting in front of the panelists.

Enclosed below are the dates and reminders for the final defense. The exact time for
each group will be given by their respective research teachers.

Dates of the Final Defense (Grade 11) – March 29 to April 01, 2022, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

ABM 11 – A & STEM 11 - A March 29, 2022
ABM 11 – B & STEM 11 - B March 30, 2022
STEM 11 - C March 31, 2022
HUMSS 11 April 1, 2022

Here are some reminders for the Final Defense:

1. Students should wear facemask and observe proper protocol.
2. Students should wear smart casual attire for the presentation.
3. Each student should have a parent consent signed by their parents or guardian.
4. Students will stay at the designated area while waiting for their time to present.
5. Students should come to school at least 30 minutes before their schedule.
