NON-LABORATORY CLASSES
1. Opening Checklist
The opening Checklist should be accomplished before the start of lecture classes, faculty in-charge
will have to make sure that the checklist is accomplished by the assigning student and duly signed
by the Instructor.
3. Health Protocols
If ever a student feels that he/she symptoms or a student is showing symptoms of COVID -19, this
will be referred to the CNSC system-wide protocols for suspected and confirmed cases.
4. Uniforms
Faculty in-charge must be strict in implementing proper uniforms guidelines. For safety, all students
and faculty should be wearing the ff:
a. Medical grade face masks, such as N95 and other similar masks. Cloth masks and non-protective
masks will not be allowed.
b. Face shied is optional

3. Compilation of Reports
a. All reports, forms, and documents will be submitted to the program chairperson for compilation
and safekeeping.
b. The program chairperson will consolidate all reports to be submitted to the Dean’s Office.
C. Others
1. Students will have an assigned area for safekeeping of their things.
2. After lecture classes, student are not allowed to loiter the campus and they are only given an hour
to change clothes and vacate the campus.

D. Post- Activity
1. Closing Checklist
The Closing Checklist should be accomplished after the lecture class by the student assistant and
signed by the faculty in-charge.
2. Cleaning and Sanitizing
a.Student assistant will check and make sure that all areas are clean and garbage is segregated.
the student assistant will send a photo of all the specific areas in the lecture room to the faculty in-
charge for documentation.
b.The CBII come in after the class and clean all garbage bins and dispose all garbage then
afterwards conduct room disinfection.
c. Before the end of the day, the staff from the Dean’s Office will check all the lecture rooms and
documents its status for monitoring purposes.
