त्रयाणाम ् अपप लोकानाम ् आदिकर्ाा स्वयं प्रभुः।

रूराणाम ् अष्टमो रूरुः साध्याणाम अपप पञ्चमुः।।


Valmiki Ramayan yudh 117.7b & 8a

आप ही तीनों लोको के आदिकतता स्वयं प्रभु हैं। आप ही


रूद्रों में आठवें रुद्र और सतध्यों में पतंचवें सतध्य हैं।

त्वं त्रयाणां दि लोकानाम ् आदिकर्ाा स्वयंप्रभुः।

ससद्धानामपप साध्यानाम आश्रयश्चासस पवाजुः।।

आप ही तीनों लोको के आदिकतता स्वयं प्रभु हैं। आप ही


ससद्ध और सतध्यों के आश्रय तथत पुवे हैं।

र्र्स्र्वमसस िधार्ाात्रस्माि भावार् ् सनार्नार् ्।

रक्षार्ा सवाभर्ानाम ् पवष्णसं उपजग्ममवान ्।।

Valmiki Ramayan7.104.9
Kaal says:- After my prayers, in the beginning
of creation, you forsaken your durdharssa
form(form that is difficult to be achieved by so
me many) the bhava (2 armed Shri Ram) and
assumed the form of Vishnu (narayan) for the
sake of protection and sustenance of all living
beings.

सवाान लोकान ् ससंहृत्य सभर्ान ् सचराचरन ्।

पनरे व र्र्ा सत्रीष्टं शक्र्ो रामो मिायशाुः।।

Valmiki Ramayan 5.51.39

Shri Hanuman ji says:- Splendourous Shri Ram


can destroy all universe and can create new
one with new starting.

िे वाश्च िै त्याश्च ननशाचरे न्द्र गन्द्धवा पवद्याधर नाग यक्षाुः।


रामस्य लोकत्रयनायककस्य स्र्ार्ं न शक्र्ाुः स्मरे र् सवे।।

Valmiki Ramayan 5.51.43

O Nisachar raj! Shri Ramchandra is bhagwan


of all three worlds. Devas, daityas, vidhyadhar,
nagad, yakshas even together team up cannot
stand against shri Ram in war.

ब्रह्मा स्वयंभश्च र्राननो वा रुराग्स्त्रनेत्रपरान्द्र्को वा।

इन्द्र मिें रुः सरनायको वा स्र्ार् न शक्र्ा यधध


राघवस्य।।

Valmiki Ramayan 5.51.

Even 4 headed swaymbhu brahma, 3 eyed


destroyer of tripuraasur and leader of devas
indras can’t stand against shri Ram in war.
त्रयाणामपप लोकानामादिकर्ाा स्वयं प्रभुः

~ O’ Śrī Rāma ! You are the first creator of all


the three words, and the Svayam-Prabhu

[vr 6.117.8]

भवान्द्नारायणो िे वुः श्रीमांश्चक्रायधुः प्रभुः

~ O’ Śrī Rāma ! You are the glorious Lord


Shriman Nārāyaṇa, who wields discus (chakra)

एर्त्तिक्र्मव्यक्र्मक्षरं ब्रह्मननसमार्म ् ।

िे वानां हृियं सौम्य गह्यं रामुः परन्द्र्पुः ॥


(वेि में ) जिस अव्यक्त अक्षय्यब्रह्म को िे वततओं कत
अन्तयतामी गुह्यतत्व वतलतयत गयत है , शत्रुववनतशी रतम
वही हैं।

ृ गो वरािस्त्वं भर्
ू भव्यसपत्नग्जर् ्

~ O’ Śrī Rāma ! You are the Divine Boar Shri


Varaha-deva with a single tusk, You are the
conqueror of your past and future enemies

[6.117.14]
शाङ्ागधन्द्वा हृर्ीकेशुः परुर्ुः परुर्ोत्तमुः ॥

अग्जर्ुः खड्गधग्ृ मवष्णुः कृष्णश्चैव मिाबलुः ।

~ You are the wielder of a bow called Sarnga,


the lord of the senses – Hrishikesha, the
supreme soul of the universe – puruṣa, the best
of men – puruṣōttama, the invincible one, the
wielder of a sword named Nandaka, the all-
pervader – Vishṇu, and the all-attractor –
(Therefore renowned as) Krishna and the one
endowed with great might.”

[6.117.15-16]

प्रभवश्चाप्ययश्च त्वमपेन्द्रो मधसूिनुः ।


“O’ Śrī Rāma ! You are the origin and the
dissolution of all. You are Upendra the Divine
Dwarf Vamana deva (the younger brother of
Indra) and also the destroyer Madhu, the
demon.”

(Śrī Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇa 6.117.17)

सीर्ा लक्ष्मीभावान ् पवष्णिे वुः कृष्णुः प्रजापनर्ुः

~ O’ Śrī Rāma ! Sītā is Lakshmi, and You are


Vishṇu, You are Krishna and Prajapati

[6.117.28]

Shri Ram ka 16 kala

1&2) sangit aur nrutya kala


गान्द्धवे च भपव श्रेष्णे बभव भरर्ाग्रज।VR 2.2.35

Shri Ram is best in sangit and nrutya kala

3 &4)nitivadi aur satyavadi

पप्रयवािी च भर्ानाम सत्यवािी च राघव। VR 2.2.32

Shri Ram always talks with giving respect and


always say truth

बद्धांजसलपटं िीनं याचन्द्र्ं शरणागर्म ्।

न िन्द्यािानश
ृ स्
ं यार्ा शत्र परं र्प।।

VR 6.18.23
Shri Ram says : if enemy seeks refuge and
ask for solicitation in humility , then we
shouldn’t attack on them

This statement shows the nitivadi

5) sarvaniyanta (Controller of all)

कर्ाा सवास्व लोकस्य श्रेष्ठो ज्ञानपविां पवभुः।

VR 6.117.6a

Shri Ram! You are karta(controller) of all


worlds.

6&7) kshama and patience


संमर्ग्स्त्रर् लोकेर् वसध्याय क्षमा गणैुः।। VR 2.1.31

Shri Ram is incomparable in three worlds in


terms of forgiveness, patience and gunas.

8) soundarya

पणाचन्द्राननस्यार् शोकोपनिात्मनुः।

लोके रामस्य बबधे संपप्रयत्व मिात्मनुः।

VR 2.1.43

Shri Ram is like moon in beauty that is


delightful to all the worlds.

9) aparajay

अप्रधष्ृ यश्च संग्रामे क्रद्धेरपप

सरासरै ुः।। VR 2.1.31


Shri Ram is undefeatable even for devas and
demons

10) sarvagya

अज्ञार्ं नाग्स्र् र्े ककग्ञ्चर् त्रत्रर् लोकेर् राघव। VR


6.17.35

O Shri Ram! There is nothing in the 3worlds


that you don’t know.

11)Daya

वीयावान्द्न च वीयेण मिर्ा स्वेन पवग्स्मर्:। VR 2.1.13


Shri Ram’s speech is full of sweet and very
dear to hearts and shri ram is very
compassionate.

12) nyay

न दि धमापवरुद्धस्य लोकवेत्तापेयर्ुः।

िण्डािन्द्यत्र पश्यासम ननग्रि िररयर्प।। VR kiskindha


khand

Shri Ram gives death sentence who had


committed sin going against dharm.

13)daan
भवर् ् प्रसािार् ् सग्रीवुः पपर् ृ

पैर्ामिम ् मिर् ्।

वानराणां सिष्पापं प्राप्र्ो राज्यसमिम ् प्रभो।। VR 4.26.4

O Ram! It is by you, sugreev has got this


kingdom.

Here Shri Ram is kshatriya by birth and could


have occupied kingdom and yet for the sake of
putradharma and friendship, he donated that to
sugriv.

14) nirpaksh

ननश्वास वक्ष
ृ ुः साधनामपन्द्नानाम परा गनर्ुः। VR
4.24.19
Shri Ram is ultimate refuge for all destitute (be
it monkey, human or demon )and is protector
of all sadhus.

15) penance

एर्र् ् कक्षौ समरस्य स्कन्द्धावारननवेशनम ्।

अत्र पवं मिािे वुः प्रसािमकरोत्प्रभुः।। VR 6.123.19

See this island located in the middle of the sea


where my troops were stationed. At this place
mahadev bestowed grace upon me (after
tapasya)

16) nirasakt

र्र्ा मम सर्ां श्रेष्ठं ककं ध्वग्जन्द्या जगत्पर्े।


सवााष्येवानजानासम चीराप्येवानयन्द्र् मे।। VR 2.37.4

Shri ram says to his father:-o best among


goodmen! King of

Men! What do you wish to give me the


ministers, the kingdom, the army give that to
bharat. If you so desire give me bhagwa dress
so that I can spend 14 years in forest.

1.Vatsalya bhav of shri Ram

स च सवागणोपेर्ुः कौशल्या आंनि वधानुः।

VR 1.1.7
Shri Ram is embodiment of virtues and
increases the joy of mother Koushalya

2.Sakhya bhav of shri Ram

गिमेवं ब्रवाणं र् राघवुः प्रत्यवाच ि।

अधचार्ाश्चैव िष्टाश्च भवर्ा सवािा वयम ्।

VR 2.50.40

On seeing Nishadraj, shri Ram says – o friend!


I feel happy after meeting you

3&4 Madhurya and Aishwarya bhav of shri


Ram
त्वं बद्धधमााबािो वीयामद्भर्मेव च।

माधयं परमं स्वयम्भोररव ननत्यिा।

VR 7.40.14

O Shri Ram! Your intelligence is equivalent to


Brahma dev is ver auspicious. You have
outstanding power, aiswarya as well great
madhurya bhav

5. Soundarya bhav of shri Ram

स दि रुपोपपन्द्नश्च वीयावानन सयकुः।

VR 2.1.9

In Rupa, lavanya and soundarya, there is none


who can match shri Ram.
४. भगवतन ् श्रीरतमभद्र कत सवताततशय ऐश्वया –

ससंिस्कन्द्धं मिाबािं पण्डरीकननभेक्षणम ् ।

पधृ र्व्यास्सागरान्द्र्ायाुः भर्ाारं धमाचाररणम ् ॥

उपपवष्टं मिाबािं ब्रह्माणसमव शाश्वर्म ् ।

स्र्ग्ण्डले िभासस्
ं र्ीणे सीर्या लक्ष्मणेन च ॥

- श्रीमद्रतमतयणे २.९९.२७-२८

He saw Rama, lord of the oceanbound earth,


seated like blazing fire, clad in antelope skin
and garment of bark, with long arms and
shoulders like a lion and eyes like white
lotuses.

The mighty armed warrior seemed like the


‘eternal’ Brahma, protector of righteousness.
Accompanied by Sita and Lakshmana Rama
sat on the bare ground strewn with darbha
grass!

Note: elsewhere Maharshi Valmiki has


addressed Sri Rama as ‘सनततन ववष्ण,ु प्रभोोः प्रभोःु
– प्रभु अथतात ् ववष्णु के भी ववष्णु (त्रत्रपतद्ववभतू तनतयक
सतकेत परमव्योमभतस्कर महतववष्ण)ु ’ and here he
addresses Him as ‘शतश्वत ब्रह्मत – अथतात ् ब्रह्मत के
भी ब्रह्मत, क्यूंकक सतधतरण ब्रह्मत शतश्वत नहीं हैं, उनकी
भी आयु तनधताररत है ) ।

अस्य प्रसािािाशंसे लोकेऽग्स्मन ् समिद्यशुः ।

धमाावाग्प्र्ं च पवपलामर्ाकामौ च केवलम ् ।।

◼ श्रीमद्रतमतयणम ् २.८६.६

By the grace of Rama only, I want to acquire


in this world great renown, abundance of
righteousness, absolute artha (prosperity),
kama (pleasure) and Moksha (Salvation,
केवलम ्)!

PS: ‘kevalam’ can be interpreted to mean


‘Moksha’ or salvation as well (केवलज्ञतन –
आत्मबोध). So in this beautiful shloka, Maharshi
Valmiki asserts that only through Rama, we can
attain all four goals of prurusharthas of life, i.e.
Dharma, Artha, Kaama, Moksha!

ककं न र्ेर्ां गि
ृ ैुः कायं ककं िारै : ककं धनेन वा ।

पत्रैवाा ककं सखैवाापप ये न पश्यग्न्द्र् राघवम ् ।।

- श्रीमद्रतमतयणम ् २.४८.७

For those who do not see Rama, of what use


are the houses or spouses or sons or fortunes
or delight?.

न र्म ् पश्याम्य ् अिम ् लोके परोक्षम ् अपप यो नरुः।


स्वसमत्रोऽपप ननरस्र्ोऽपप योऽस्यिोर्मिािरे र् ् ॥

(वतल्मीकक रतमतयण २.२१.५)

Na tam paśyāmy aham lōkē parōkṣam api yō


naraḥ ।

Svamitrō’pi nirastō’pi yō’syadōṣamudāharēt ॥

(vālmīki rāmāyaṇa 2.21.5)

At the time of exile, Sri Lakshman remarks — “I


have not seen in this world any person,
whether an enemy or an expellee, speaking ill

Of Shri Rama even indirectly behind his back.”

धमाात्मा सत्यसन्द्धश्च रामो िाशरधर्यादि ॥

पौरुर्े चाप्रनर्द्वन्द्द्वस्र्िे नं जदि रावणणम ् ।


[वतल्मीकक रतमतयण – ६.९०.७१ख,७२क]

Dharmātmā satyasandhaśca rāmō dāśarathiryadi


Pauruṣē cāpratidvandvastadēnaṃ jahi rāvaṇim ।

[vālmīki rāmāyaṇa – 6.90.71B,72A]

“O my dear arrow! If Shri Rama, the son of


Dasaratha, is always righteous, keeps up his

Promise, and is second to none in his prowess


(पौरुषे चतप्रततद्वन्द्वोः – pauruṣē cāpratidvandva’ i.e.

He is supreme Purusha of Vedas), then please


destroy this Indrajit.”.
सयास्यापप भवर् ् सयो ह्यमनेरग्मन प्रभोुः प्रभुः।

धश्रयुः श्रीश्चभवेद्मरा कीत्याा कीनर्ाुः क्षमाक्षमा।।

िे वर्ं िे वर्ानांच भर्ानां भर्ं रुत्तमुः।

र्स्य के हृयगणा िे पव िे शेव्याप्यर्वा वने।।

Valmiki Ramayan

Shri Ram is sun of sun, Agni of Agni, Prabhu of Prabhu (


narayan), maa Sita is laxmi laxmi, kirti of kirti and kshama
of kshama.

Adhyatm ramayan

रामं पवद्धध परं ब्रह्म सग्चचिानन्द्ि अव्ययम ्।

सवोपाधधपवननमक्
ा र्ं सत्तामामत्रगोचरम ्।।
आनंिननमालं शान्द्र्ं ननपवाकारं ननरं जनम ्।

सवाव्यापपनमात्मानम ् स्वप्रकाशमकल्मर्म ्।।

मां पवद्धध मलप्रकृनर्ं सगाग्स्र्नर् अंर्काररणीम ्।

र्स्य सग्न्द्नधधमात्रेण सज
ृ ामीिमर्ग्न्द्रर्र्ा।।
Adhyatm ramayan 1.1.32-34

सीतत िी ने कहत:- वत्स हनम


ु तन! तम
ु श्री रतम को सतक्षतत ्
अद्ववतीय सजचचितनन्ि परं ब्रह्म समझो, ये तनस्संिेह
समस्त उपतधधयों से रदहत, सत्ततमतत्र, मन तथत इजन्द्रयों के
अववष्य, आनन्ि, तनमाल, शतन्त, तनववाकतर, तनरं िन,
सवाव्यतपक, स्वयंप्रकतश और पतपहीन परमतत्मत ही हैं।मझ
ु े
संसतर की उत्पवत्त, जस्थतत और संहतर करनेवतली मल

प्रकृतत ितनो। मैं ही तनरतलस्य होकर इनकी सजन्नधध मतत्र
से इस ववश्व की रचनत ककयत करती हूं।

एर् रामुः परो पवष्णुः आदिनारायणुः स्मर्


ृ ुः।
एर्ा सा जानकी लक्ष्मीयोगमायेनर् पवश्रर्ा।।
Adhyatm ramayan 2.5.11
Shri Ram is none other than Adi Narayan Prabhu and maa
Sita is aadi laxmi yogmaya.

अवर्ाराुः सबिवो पवष्णलीलानकाररणुः।

र्ेर्ां सिसत्रसदृशो रामो ज्ञानमयुः सशवुः।।


Adhyatm ramayan 6.8.68
Bhagwan vishnu had many avtars and they had done
their lila according to their looks but ever auspicious shri
Ram is equivalent to thousands of those avtars.

Shri Ram as sarv avtari swaym bhagwan

मत्स्यो भत्वा परा कल्पे मनं वैवस्वर्ं प्रभुः।

ररक्ष सकलापद्भयो राघवो भक्र्वत्सलुः।।46


Shri Ram in beginning of kalp had incarnated as matsya
to protect vaisvat Manu from all difficulties.

रामुः कमोऽभवत्पूवं लक्षयोजनपवस्र्र्


ृ ुः।

समरमंर्ने पष्ृ ठे द्वार कनकाचलम ्।।47

It was Shri Ram alone who had reincarnated as kurma in


past times and welded mandrachal mountain on his back

दिरण्याक्षोऽनर्िवत्त
ाृ ो िर्ोऽनेन मिात्मना।

क्रीडरुपेण वपर्ा क्षोणीमद्धरर्ा क्वचधचर् ्।।48

Shri Ram had incarnated as varah to kill hiranyaksh daitya


to do Kalyan of earth

त्रत्रलोक कण्टकं िै त्यं दिरण्यकसशपं परा।

िर्वान ् नरससंिेन वपर्ा रघनंिनुः।।

Shri Ram alone had incarnated as narsimha to kill demon


hiranyakashipu who trembled three worlds.

पवक्रमैग्स्त्रसभवासौ बसल बद्धवा जगत्त्रयम ्।

आक्रम्यािात्सीरे न्द्राय भत्ृ याय रघसत्तमुः।।50

Shri Ram had incarnated as vaman who had measured


threelokas by three steps and made Bali descend to hell.

राक्षसाुः क्षत्रत्रयाकारा जार्ा भमेभरा ाविाुः।

र्ान्द्ित्वा बिशो रामो ग्जत्वा ह्यिान्द्मने।।51

When demons had incarnated among kshatriya clans,


then it was Shri Ram who incarnated as parshuram to
annihilate those evil kings
स एव सांप्रर्ं जार्ो रघवंशे परात्परुः।

भविर्े रघश्रेष्ठो मानर्त्वमपागर्ुः।।52

It is Shri Ram who has now descended (incarnated) who


has come in human form

मायासक्र्ो माधव शक्र्ो मननमान्द्यम ्।

वन्द्ृ िारण्ये वग्न्द्िर्वन्द्ृ िारकवन्द्ृ िं

वन्द्िे रामं भवमखवन्द्द्यं सखकन्द्िम ्।।16

Brahma says:- O Shri Ram! When you will reincarnate as


krishna, you will be worshipped by shiv, devas and others
in Vrindavan.

Mahā Ramayan

भरणुः पोर्णाधारुः शरण्युः सवाव्यापकुः ।

करुणुः खड्गणै पणो रामस्र् भगवान स्वयं।।

Shri Ram has 6 bhawat aishwarya/ opulence

पोर्णं भरणाधारं रामनाम्नो जगत्स च।

अर् एव रम क्रीडा परं ब्रह्मसभधीयर्े ।।

िगत में पतलन पोषण, धतरण करनत सब श्री रतम नतम


शजक्त से ही होतत है । यही वे रमुक्रीडत संपन्न होकर रतम
पि परं ब्रह्म स्वरुप होतत है ।
गोलोकाचच परं ज्ञेयं साकेर्ान्द्र्ुः परं पप्रयम ् ।

गोप्याि गोप्यर्रागोप्या सायोध्यार्ीव िलाभा ॥

श्री अयोध्यत सतकेत धतम गोलोक से भी परे प्रभु कत


अत्यन्त वप्रय गुप्त से भी गप्ु त परम िल
ु भ
ा धतम है ।

यर्ा लोकेर् गोलोकुः सरय ननम्नगास च।

शक्र्ीनां च यर्ा सीर्ा रामो भगवर्ामपप।।

Among all lokas , golok is best as it contains


saket lok in centre and among all rivers, saryu
is best , among all powers, maa Sita is best
and among all bhagwan ( narsimha, narayan,
krishna etc) shri Ram is the best.
Satyopakhyan

एकधा िशधा चैव सिस्त्रं कोदटधा र्र्ा।

असंख्यानन च रुपाणण ह्यर्ेर्ां न च संशयुः।।

One part, ten parts, a thousand parts, and a


crore parts. There is no doubt that श्री रतम has
innumerable forms.

यस्या मनो दि रामे च द्वेर्ाद् वसनर् सवािा।

र्स्या मक्र्ौ न संिेिो या रामविनाम्बजम ्।।

Satyopakhyan 15. 9b and 10a


Her mind (manthra) is always fixed on Rama
out of hatred. There is no doubt that she is
liberated from the lotus face of Rama.

रामो नारायणुः साक्षार् ् सवािेवैश्च प्राधर्ार्ुः।


पथ्
ृ वीभारावर्ाराय जार्ो िशरर्ार् ् स्वयम ्।

Rama is directly prayed to by all the gods He


himself was born to Dasaratha to relieve the
burden of the earth

Shri Ram as sarv avtari swaym bhagwan in


satyopakhyan chapter 22
मत्स्य कमा वरािानां रुपपणे परमात्मने।

रामचन्द्राय िरये नमस्र्े ससंिरुपपणे।।21

नमो वामनरुपाय जमिमनाय ब्रह्मणे।

नमस्र्े रामचन्द्राय श्रीकृष्णाय नमो नमुः।।22

नमस्र्े बद्धरुपाय नमस्र्े कग्ल्करुपपणे।

The Supreme Soul in the form of Matsya,


kurma and varah.

O Ramachandra who in the form of a lion I


offer my obeisances to you

Obeisance to the Brahman in the form of


Vamana, the son of Jamadagni.

I offer my obeisances to you, Ramachandra


and Lord Krishna.
Obeisance to thee in the form of Buddha,
Obeisance to thee in the form of Kalki.

रामं पवद्धध परं ब्रह्म सग्चचिानन्द्िम ् अव्ययम ्।

भक्र्ानां रक्षनार्ााय िष्टानां च वधाय च।।

Shri Ram is undualistic satchitanand


parabrahman who takes avtar to protect
devotees and to eliminate evils.

कर्म ् एर् परं ब्रह्म वेिेन गीयर्े।

यिा पवश्वम्बरो रामुः शग्क्र् मे िशानयष्यनर्।।


How is this Supreme Brahman sung by the
Vedas? When Visvambara Rama will show me
his power

अथतात वेिों में श्री रतम को परं ब्रह्म नतम से गतते हैं।

Satyopakhyan 26.3

कोदट कन्द्िपा लावण्यं द्पवभजं रघनंिनं।

ज्योनर् रुपं रुपं च रमानार्ं जगत्गरुम ्।।

Two-armed, delight of the Raghus who looks


like looks of crores of cupids, beautiful, that
Rmanatha (jankinath) is Guru of the universe.
Satyopakhyan 22.18

Adbhut Ramayan

रामुः साक्षार् ् परम ज्योनर्ुः परं धाम परं पमान ्

आकृर्ौ परमो भेिों न सीर्ारामयोयार्ुः।।

Adbhut Ramayan 1.19

Shri Ram is sakshat supreme Jyoti, supreme


abode and is parampurush. In terms of shape,
there is no difference between shri ram and
sita.

शक्र्यो जानकी िे वी शग्क्र्मन्द्र्ो दि राघवुः।

पवशेर्ुः कथ्यर्े चायं पराणे र्त्वादिसभुः।।

Adbhut Ramayan 24.14


शजक्त स्वरूपत तो ितनकी िे वी और शजक्तमतन केवल श्री
रतम हैं। इस तत्व कत वणान पुरतणों के अन्तगात
तत्ववेत्ततओं ने ववशेष प्रकतर से ककयत है।

सवािेवर्नभत्ा वा सवाात्मा सवा संस्र्र्ुः।

Adbhut Ramayan 13.8b

मैं (श्री रतम) सवतात्मत ही सवािेव शरीर धतरण कर सभी से

Shri Ram had incarnated as kurma to carry


mandrachal mountain on his back.129

hiranyakashipu demon and to protect his bhakt

whole universe and made Bali demon descend

O Raghav! In Dwapar yug, you will incarnate
as krishna of vrindavan and will annihilate
demons like jarasandh, kansh etc and will uplift
earth from evils 29 &30

Similarly, in kaliyug you will incarnate as


Buddha and will defeat scholars 31

And at the end of kaliyug, you will incarnate as


kalki to kill evil people.32

Jamdagni Kumar parshuramji knew ram to be


avtar, and hugged shri ram and had given his

Dvirdadāti na cārthibhyō rāmō dvirnābhibhāṣatē

Bhagavan Śrī Rāma says to Parashu-Rāma:


“Rāma never aims his arrow twice! (means ‘in
one go, he can destroy his enemy or target
completely’), Rāma doesn’t establishes his
Ashritas (those who are completely dependent
on him) twice! (means ‘He gives Abhayam
[complete fearlessness, makes one completely
free from all fear, worries, and anxiety etc] to
his dependents, no god can depose his
Ashritas once installed by Rāma), Rāma doesn’t
give twice to any seeker! (means Rāma
bestows so much in first seeking itself that
seeker doesn’t need to look anywhere else
thereafter!), Rāma never speaks anything twice!
(What is said is said. No one in entire cosmos
can change that!)

Lord Rama is the source of all incarnations,


Excerpt from Adi Ramayana 1.9 :-
मत्स्योऽस्य हृियं पवष्णयोगरूपी जनािा नुः ।

कूमोऽस्य धारणाशग्क्र्वारािो भजयोबालम ् ॥१५॥

~ All pervading shri Ram, in the form of yoga,


is the heart of the fish (matsya). The tortoise
(kurma) is the power of his hold and the boar
(varaha) is the strength of his arms

नारससंिो मिान ् रोर्ो वामनुः कदटमेखला ।

भागावोऽस्य परो धमो बलरामश्च संमिुः ॥ १६ ॥

~ Narasimha is his greatwrath, vaman avtar is


his waist ,The Bhṛgu dynasty is the supreme
religious principle and Balarāma is the pride of
the king 16 ॥
बद्धस्र् करुणा साक्षार् ् कल्की चैर्स्य संस्मनृ र्ुः ।
कृष्णोंऽशांशो ि वा वन्द्ृ िावनपवभूर्णुः ॥१७॥

~ The Buddha is His compassion and Kalki is


his consciousness. His portion of portion is
Krishna who is adored in Vrindavan.

एर्े चांशकलाश्चैव रामस्र् भगवान ् स्वयम ् ।

ब्रह्मा पवष्णश्च रुरश्च मिे न्द्रुः श्रीस्र्र्ैव च ॥१८॥

~ All the incarnations mentioned above are kala


and ansha avatars but Lord Rāma Himself is
Bhagvana, the source of all incarnations.
Brahma Vishnu Rudra Mahendra and also Sri
are parts of Rama.
सनार्नस्र्र्ा धमो राम एव स्वयं द्पवज ।

न रामार् ् परर्स्र्त्त्वं वेिैरपप ननचीयर्े ॥ १९॥

~ O brāhmaṇa, Rāma himself is the eternal


religion. Even the Vedas cannot find any truth
beyond Rama 19.

वेिान्द्र्ा ब्रह्मसत्र
ू ाणण चत्वारो ननगमास्र्र्ा ।

सेनर्िासानन सवााणण पराणानन र्र्ा द्पवज ॥ २० ॥

~ The Vedas, the Brahma-sūtras and the four


Vedic literatures are also mentioned. O
brāhmaṇa, all the histories of itihas and the
Purāṇas
धमाुः सांङ्ख्यं र्र्ा योगुः सवं रामस्य सूचकम ् ।
र्त्संकोचपवकाशाभ्यां राम एव प्रनर्ग्ष्ठर्म ् ॥ २१ ॥

~ Religion, Sāṅkhya and yoga all point to


Rama. By the shrinkage and expansion of that
universe Rama alone is established.

श्रीराम िे विे वश
े कोशलायां पवराजर्े।

अंशावर्ाराुः कृष्णाद्याुः प्रणम्यग्न्द्र् हृयसंख्यकाुः।।३०

न र्र्ोऽन्द्यमिं जाने िे विे वं खगेश्र ्र ।

सवाावर्ारननधेश्च रघवीराद् गणाकरार् ्॥ ३१ ॥

~ Sri Hanuman says, “Lord Śrī Rāma of Ayodhya is the


God of all the Gods. Lord Shri Krishna and other
Incarnations are his Amsha Avataras of Lord Śrī Rāma.
Those innumerable incarnations make salutations to Lord
Shri Ram. I don’t know any other Supreme Being, the god
Of all the gods other than that Lord Ram. All the
Innumerable incarnations are originated from Lord Shri
Ram alone.”

अयोधयां पररर्ो िे शे कोदटपवष्ण्वाियो वयम ्।

वसामुः सर्र्ं त्सा रघरााज्ञाप्रपालकाुः ॥३७॥

~ Millions of Vishnus live in the country of ayodhya and


Are obedient to the commands of Sri Raghunandan.

नारायणोऽपप रामांश शंखचक्रगिाभर् ृ ।

चर्भज
ा स्वरूपेन ् वैकं ठे च प्रकाशर्े।।

~ Narayana, too, is a part of Rama, holding a conch, disc


And club.He shines in Vaikuntha in his four-armed form.

Adi Narayana says, “O Rama! From a portion of yours, I
Incarnate myself as Brahmā, Viṣṇu and śankara in
Different universes and Perform the process of Creation,
Maintainance and Destruction and reside there.

~ Shri ram is ishwar of all kalas. Thousands of crores of


shri Laxmi emnate from maa Janki. From divine portion
of Sita Ram, Radha Krishna does raas lila in Vrindavan. All
gopis, mahalaxmi maheshwari Rukmini and incarnation
goddess Earth satyabhama are all parts of Maa Sita.

There is no bhagwan above shri Ram in the three worlds.

सवेर्ां जन्द्मननधनं प्रापकोऽसस न संशयुः।

श्रीरतम ही सभी िन्म एवं मत्ृ यु के कतरण है इसमे कोई


संशय नहीं है । मतयत के आधश्रत भत

सतमवेि संदहतत के तीसरे अध्यतय के प्रथम कजण्डकत में,

ये ही श्रीरतम सवाज्ञ है , सवेश्वर है , आनन्ि भोक्तत है ,


तीनों अवस्थत से परे हैं, परमतत्व है , नतरतयण ववष्णु,
नसृ संह, बतरतह, कृष्ण, मत्स्यतदि सभी अवततर जिनके
कलतंश ववभूतत स्वरूप है , उसी परमतत्मत श्रीरतम कत हम
वरण करते हैं। भूत भतववष्य वतामतन जिनसे होते रहते हैं,
वही परमतत्मत रतम है , ऐसत िो ितनतत है , वह सभी पतपों
को त्यतगकर अमत
ृ धतम को प्रतप्त करतत है ।

जिनके अंश से ब्रह्मत, ववष्णु और महे श होते तथत जिनके
दिव्य गुणों से महतववष्णु कतया के कतरण हुए हैं वो श्रीरतम
ही हैं।

Agastya samhita

इिं सत्यसमिं सत्यं सत्येनैवानर् वर्ायेर् ् ।

रामुः सत्यं परं ब्रह्म रामार् ् ककग्ञ्चन्द्न पवद्यर्े ।।45।।

~ यह सत्य है , यह सत्य है । इस सत्य के ववपरीत


आचरण न करें । श्रीरतम परम सत्य हैं, परम ब्रह्म हैं।
श्रीरतम से आगे कुछ भी नहीं है ।

~ This is the Truth, is Truth, Don’t act Opposite to this


Truth, that Sri Rama is the Supreme reality, Sri Rama is
para Brahm and There is nothing beyond Sri Rama.

यर्ा अवर्ाराणामवर्ारी रघत्तमुः।

रामपिनख ज्योनर्सना परं ब्रह्मेनर् गीयर्े।।


As among all avtars , shri Ram is avtari and light coming
from nails of shri Ram is sung as parabrahman.

“As like Bhagavan Śrī Rāma, the best among Raghus, is


the Avatari-Purusha of all Avatara-s, similarly among
divine rivers Sarayu is the most sacred river.”

. नतरतयणोऽवपरतमतंशोःशङ्खचक्रगितधरोः ॥

~ “Even Nārāyaṇa also, the wielder of Shankha and


Chakra is only a portion of Bhagavan Śrī Rāma.”

राघवस्य गणो दिव्यो मिापवष्ण स्वरुपवान ्।

वासिे वो घनीभर्स्र्नर्ेजो मिासशवुः।।

~ śrī MahāVisnu is a Divine guna of śrī Rāma, Vāsudeva


(Sri Krsna) is the Ghani Aishvaraya of Rāma and the
divine radiance of His body is Mahāśiva.

वेिवेद्युः सवासाक्षी सवोपास्युः स्वर्न्द्त्रकुः ।

ननत्यानांननज भक्र्ानां भोमयभूर्ुः धश्रयुः पनर्ुः ।। ३६


।।ब्रह्मा पवष्ण मिे शानां कारणं सवा व्यापकुः ।

मूलं र्ह्य वर्ाराणां धमा संस्र्ापकुः पराुः ।। ३७ ।।

~ वेिों से जिनकत लक्षण समझ में आतत है , िो सबके


ज्ञतत-अज्ञतत के सक्षी हैं (सबके उर अन्तर िसहूूँ, ितनहुूँ
भतव कुभतव) सभी ईश्वरों और िीवों के उपतस्यिे व हैं ।
िो सबके स्वतन्त्र प्रेरक ईश्वर है , और अपने तनत्य पतषािों
तथत प्रकृतत के अन्िर अनन्यतत से भिन करने वतले के
भोग्यभूत हैं, अनन्त ऐश्वया की स्वतसमनी, अनन्त
ईश्वररयों को स्वतसमनी श्री सीतत िी के पतत हैं ३६ ब्रहत,
ववष्णु, महे श आदि ईश्वरों के कतरण है , सवाव्यतपक है ,
अवततरों के मल
ू कतरण हैं, धमा के संस्थतपक है , परतत्पर
ब्रह्म है ॥

अग्स्मन्द्मिारास रसोत्सवाय मनोननपवष्टं रससकाग्रणीशुः ।
पवधौ ननर्ेधे िररर्े सकमाणण न बाध्यर्े र्ं यर्ा सिा गनर्ुः
। ८४ ।

~ िो रससकों में अग्रसशरोमणी हैं, वे इस महतन ् रतम रतत


रसोत्सव के सलए अपने मन को आवेवषत करते हैं, ऐसे
श्रीरतम रससकों को िैसे वतयु िे वतत, सवात्र ितते हुए कहीं
रुकते बूँधते नहीं हैं, उसी प्रकतर उन श्रीरतम रससकों को
ववधधतनषेध यक्
ु त पतप-पण्
ु य से कोई बतधत नहीं पहुूँचती है ,
अथतात ् बन्धन नहीं होतत है ॥८४॥

मू०-र्रीया जानकी प्रोक्र्ा र्रीयों रघनन्द्िनुः ।


उभयोरं शजाुः सवे चावर्ाराह्य संख्यकाुः ।। ७७ ।।
~ श्री ितनकी िी तरु ीयतवस्थत नतम से कही गयी हैं, इसी
प्रकतर श्री रघन
ु तथ िी तरु ीय परु
ु ष कहे गये हैं, और इन्हीं
िोनों सरकतर के अंश से उत्पन्न असंख्य सभी अवततर
होते हैं। तीन गुण-सत ्, रि, तम तीन अवस्थत- ितगत

स्वप्न, सष
ु ुजप्त, तीन कमा संधचत, प्रतरब्ध, कक्रयतमण, तीन
िे वतत ब्रह्मत, ववष्णु, महे श, ये बतरहों समलकर आत्मत को
बतूँधते हैं, ये सब मतयतमय है । इन मतयत के आवरणों से
परे चैतन्य ब्रह्मस्वरूप सजचचितनन्ि घन हैं ७७

सवेर्ामवर्ाराणामवर्ारी रघत्त

श्रर्ं दृष्टं मया सवं धचरायजीवानन्द्मने । ७८ ।।


~ श्री हनुमतनिी कहते हैं कक – हे मुतन श्री अगस्त िी
श्री रघुनतथ िी तो समस्त अवततरों के मल
ू कतरण अवततरी
है , धचरं िीवी होने के नतते मैंने यह सब सुनत है और िे खत
भी है ॥ ७८ ॥

ब्रह्मा पवष्ण मिे शाद्या यस्य अंशा लोक साधकाुः।

र्ं रामं सग्चचिानन्द्ि ननत्यं रास ईश्वरं भजे।।

~ I adore that Ramchandra always, Who is a form of sat-


chit-Anans, Expert in Raas leela and Whose portions are
Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesvara.

रतमिी िो हैं सो ही परमब्रह्म हैं सजचचितनंि, मतयतसे
रदहत इससे नररूप तनत्य रतम ही परनत हैं यथत.

~ Which the knowers of Vedanta call Brahman by the


Brahmanists. O best of yogīs, devotees call Him the
Supreme Soul, the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The
assembly of which they fall down is called Sri Rama.

यस्यांशेन एव ब्रह्म पवष्ण मिे श्वरा अपप जार्ा


मिापवष्णर्ययास्य दिव्यगणाश्च ।

स एव कायाकारणयोुः परुः परमपरुर्ो रामो िाशरधर्वाभव

~ Whose Portions are Brahma Visnu and Mahesvara,


Whose divine Guna is Mahavisnu,The one who is the
cause of all causes, The one who is higher than the
highest, such is Ramachandra, the son of Dasratha.

नान्द्युः पन्द्र्ा पवद्यर्े चात्मलब्धी, नान्द्यो भावो पवद्यर्े
चापप लोके ।

नान्द्यद् ज्ञानं पवद्यर्े चापप वेिेष्वेवं सीर्ानाम मात्र पविाय

~ There is no gyana equivalent to The name of Sri Sita,


There is no Bhakti equivalent to Sri Sita Nama and There
is no Tattvam Equivalent to Sri Sita. The one who Recites
Her name with Love, That person has got The Greatest
gyana, That Person is the Greatest Bhakta and That
Person Knows The True Tattvam of Vedas. That Gyana of
Vedas, devoid of Love for Her name, is of no value. For
Self realisation and Realising The Supreme Atma, Sita
Nama is the only way, There is no other gyana or way in
the vedas. Therefore, All wise ones should Recite Sita
Nama.

राम त्वं परमात्मासस सग्चचिानन्द्िपवग्रिुः।

O Shri Ram! You are paramatma (supreme personality of


godhead), satchitanand swarup. You are only reason of
every matter’s creation, maintainance and destroyer.

~ In all the three Eras (past, present and future), in all the
Lokas combined, there is none which can match this (loka

Obeisances unto You, Lord Rāma, who remove all


calamities and bestow all opulences. You are the delight
of all the worlds. 1 ॥ I offer my respectful obeisances
unto You, Lord Keśava, Nārāyaṇa, Mādhava and Govinda.

Viṣṇu, who destroy the honey. I offer my respectful
obeisances unto You, who offer three kinds of foodstuffs,

sixteen names are the stars of the world. The great
mantra is said by the wise to be the life-giver of Janaki
॥6॥ Some say that this is the name of Rāma, the
Kāśyāmā, the Brahma-kītaka. At the time of death he was
called Karna by the instruction of the stars Others chant
the eight-syllable mantra directly preceded by the
oṁkāra. The best mantra for the stars is “Obeisances to
Lord Nārāyaṇa.” 11 ॥ Others, in Kāśī, have two syllables,
Tattāra and Śiva. Some chant the five-syllable mantra
‘Om Namah Shivaya’ 12 ॥ Others say that the oṁkāra is
the inexhaustible oṁkāra, which is mentioned in all the
Vedanta. The one-syllable always string is the auspicious
best of all syllables.

राघवस्य गणो दिव्यो मिापवष्णुः स्वरुपवान ।

वासिे वो घनीभर्
ू स्र्नर्ेजुः सिासशवुः ।।

मत्स्यश्च रामहृियं योगरुपी जनािा नुः ।

कमाश्चाधारशग्क्र्श्च वारािो भजयोबाल।ं ।

~ When the infinite divine auspicious qualities of lord


Ram takes form, he becomes Lord Maha-VishNu. Śrī
Ram’s auspicious condensed divine splendour is Lord
Vasudeva, Matasya-avatar (the fish incarnation)
appeared from Shri Ram’s heart, Kurma-avatar (the
tortoise-incarnation) is manifestation of his support
power, Varaha (the divine boar incarnation) is the
manifestation of his arm’s strength. Lord Narsimha
appears from his anger, Lord Vamana appears from his
waist, Lord Parashuram appears from his thigh, Bauddha
appears from his compassion, Kalki appears from his
delight, and Vrindavan Vihari Shri Krishna himself is his
Shringaar Swarupa (the Madhurya incarnarion of Shri
Ram). Thus all these incarnations are parts (Amsha) and
Kala-s of Lord Śrī Ram and Lord Ram is Amshi (the origin),
the eternal Brahman and Bhagavan himself.

आनन्द्िो द्पवधुः प्रोक्र्ो मूर्श्ा चामूर्ा एव च

ा याश्रयोमूर्ुःा परमात्मा नराकृनर्ुः स्र्ल

प्रोक्र्ं सूक्ष्मं प्रोक्र्ं चर्भज

द्पवभजं परात्परं प्रोक्र्ं र्स्मािे र्त्त्रयं यजेर् ्॥

~ The Ananda (Bliss which is the essential nature of


Bhagavan) is of two kinds – one is Saguna Brahm and
another is Nirguna-Brahm. Of these two, Saguna-Brahm
has a form like a Human and He is the basis of the
Nirguna-Brahm. There are three kinds of Human-forms of
Bhagavan, Sthula (gross), Sukshma (subtle) and Paratpar
(the most superior). Sthula Brahman is the god with eight
arms (i.e. 8 armed Bhuma-Vishnu) and is visible, but the
form of Vishnu who has 4-arms is subtle i.e. He is
Sukshma-Brahman, However the God who is of two-
armed (i.e. Lord Ram in his eternal form), is the most
superior (a fiu). Therefore, All these three forms of Lord
are worshipable for all.
सवाशग्क्र्कलानार्ं द्पवभजं रघनन्द्िनम ्
।।द्पवभजाराघवाग्न्द्नत्यात्सवामेर्त्प्रवर्ार्े ।

~ The two-armed Shri Rama in Saketa is the Lord of all


powers and Kala-s. From that two-armed eternal Shri
Rama alone, all the forms of Lord and entire cosmos
came forth!

(Ananda samhita)

नार्ुः परर्रं वेद्यं रामत्रैलोक्यनायकार् ् ॥

एक एव परं ब्रह्म रामो वेिेर् गीयर्े ॥

~ There is nothing better known than Rama the leader of


the three worlds. The Vedas describe Lord Rāma alone as
the Supreme Absolute Brahman .

Sundari tantra
Uma, laxmi, saraswati are created from amsha of maa
sita. From Shri Ram ‘s ansh narayan and krishna came.
From maa sita’s ansh kala shri, bhu and lila power are
created. Shri Shakti is rukmini, bhu shakti is satyabhama
and lila shakti is radharani. It is maa Janki who is
worshipped in all the worlds.

सवे वेिाश्रय त्वाचच सवालोकस्य कारणार् ्।

ईश्वर प्रनर्पाद्यार् अखण्ड ब्रह्म वाचक।।


Pulastya samhita

सभी वेिों के आश्रय तो श्री रतम ही हैं तथत वे सभी लोकों


के कतरण और परमेश्वर कत सतक्षतत ् प्रततवति होने से श्री
रतम अखण्ड ब्रह्म।
न संदिर्ा सा नदि यत्र रामो, न सोSग्स्र् वेिो नादि यत्र
रामुः।

स नेनर्िासो नदि यत्र रामुः। न र्र् ् पराणं नदि यत्र

Itihas is not considered as itihas, vedas are not vedas ,


samhita is not samhita, puran is not puran, if they don’t
have “shri Ram as param tatva”.

आद्या सा प्रकृनर् सीर्ा आद्यस्र् परुर्ोत्तम।

गणार्ीर्ो भवाग्न्द्नत्यो ननत्यभर्ा सनार्नी।।

That first nature (आदि प्रकृतत) is Sita and the first is the

Transcendental to the modes of nature, Thou art eternal,
ever-being, eternal.

Maha sundari tantra

सवाशग्क्र्मयी सीर्ा गणार्ीर्ो धचिाग्त्मका।

ननसमर्ाद्ाधे जगत्सवं करोनर् पवकरोनर्।।

Maa Sita is omnipotent (सवाशजक्तमयी)and transcends


the modes of nature. Because she transforms or creates
the whole world in half a moment.

Brahma samhita

सवािेवम समत्पन्द्ना सवािेवमयी ईश्वरी।

सवापोरूर्वल्ली च सवाधमा अधधकाररणी।।


Maa Sita is the Goddess from whom all the gods
originates and contains all the gods. She is the one who
grants porush (धमा, अथा, कतम, मोक्ष) of all men and the
authority of all religions.

Rudrayamal tantra

लक्ष्मीगौरीं धगरां िे वी गंगा गायत्र्यधीश्वरी।

अस्या एव कलांशाुः सिजानंदिनीधश्रयुः।।

From Maa Sita ‘s ansh kala, maa laxmi,maa gouri, maa


saraswati, maa ganga and Gayatri had originated.

Adi ramayan

Even in brahmyamal tantra, shri Ram is said as sarva

रमापणणार् पणाात्मा रमावराि संयर्ुः।

Beyond Narayana and krishna and beyond that, Shri


dasrath putra Ramchandra is supreme personality of
godhead.

श्रीकृष्ण वेणरणनैुः ग्स्त्रयादिमोिनुः।

अयं र् स्वसौन्द्ियेण स्त्रीपं साधारण जन्द्र्मोिकुः।।

Sri Krishna bewitches women and others with his flute


playing.

This one, however(श्रीरतम) is bewitching men, women


and ordinary animals with his beauty.

Sundarmani sandarbh

आद्या सा प्रकृनर् सीर्ा आद्यस्र् परुर्ोत्तम।

गणार्ीर्ो भवाग्न्द्नत्यो ननत्यभर्ा सनार्नी।।


That first nature (आदि प्रकृतत) is Sita and the first is the
best of men.( श्रीरतम ही आदि परु
ु षोत्तम हैं)

Here krishna word is mostly denoted to shriman
Narayan, shri krishna of vrindavan and world renowned
Shri Ramchandra if we go by above verses.

यस्यानन्द्र्ावर्ाराश्च कला अंशा पवभूर्युः ।

आवेशा पवष्ण ब्रह्मेशा परब्रह्मस्वरूपभा ॥

He has infinite incarnations that are kala avtars, ansha


avtars and vibhuti avtars. Even lord Vishnu, brahma and
Mahesh are avesh avtars , You are the transcendental
form of the Supreme Absolute Truth.

Devi said-
O Rama! O Rama with great strength! Today I am
satisfied with Thy Vrata. Do ask Me the desired wish
which existeth in Thy mind. 46.

O Rama! By taking part from Narayana Thou


manifestedst Thyself in the sinless clan of Manu. And
Thou art prayed by all Immortal Devas for slaying of
Raavana. 47.

It was Thou Who in ancient times tooketh body of fish


and killing the terrible Rakshasa Hayagriva only by Thee
the Vedas were saved for welfare of Suras. 48.
It was Thou Who incarnatedth in form of tortoise and
heldeth aloft the Mandara mountain, churnedth the
ocean and nourishedth the Devas. 49.

O Rama! Thou tookest Supreme form of Boar and heldest


aloft the Earth on the front of Thy teeth, and
annihilatedst Hiranyaksha. 50.

Thou assuming the form of a Man-Lion and preserving


Prahlaada, O Rama Who art Descent of Raghu!
Annihilatedst HiranyaKashipu, in ancient times. 51.

It was Thou Who in ancient times becameth the younger


brother to Indra and manifesting as a dwarf body
deceitfully cheatedth Bali, for well conferring favour to
the Devas. 52.

Thou by the combination of My and Vishnu’s part,


incarnatedst as the Son of Jamadagni, extirpatedst the
lines of Ksattriya kings and gavest over this whole earth
to Bhagavan Kashyapa Risi. 53.

So Thou art now born as the son of Dasarath in clan of


Kakutstha, being prayed by all the Devas as they are
much harassed by Ravana. 54.
Saket loka is the highest loka

श्रीकृष्णशब्िो द्वारकाननवाससपर इनर् न पवरोध: ।

~ RAghava (Śrī Rāma) shines with SitA on the divine


throne in world of SAketa (AyodhyA) where BrahmA,
Shiva and Vishnu constantly worship him. He (Lord Rāma)
is surrounded by many divine fish incarnations, monkeys
and also by plentitude of the Narasimhas or Narasimha
incarnations, tortoise incarnations, and sons of Sri
Nanda, i.e Sri Krishna, Haya, Gala, and Hari. They all are
eager to receive the orders of Lord Rama. Keshava,
Vamana the foremost persons, Narayana, Yudhisthira,
Shri Krishna, Haladhrik BalaRAma and Vasudeva, the
enemy of the demon Madhu as well as various kinds of
Mahendras and millions of Goddess Durgas, eager for
advice, remain always in front of Sri Rama (Śrī Rāma)
near His feet” . Here, the epithet Nanda-nandana
signifies that form of Lord Krishna, who delights Nanda
and dwells in MathurA, while Sri Krisna refers to the one
who resides in DwArika.

loka” and beyond that “golok” is situated and in middle
of golok there is “saket” loka

Saket lok is the topmost realm in the spiritual sky and is


the abode of shri Ram where maa sita and shri Ram are
engaged in

र्िध्वं र्ं स्वयं भानर् गोलोकुः प्रकृर्े परे ।

वाड्मानो गोचरानर्र्ो ज्योनर्रुपुः सनार्नुः।

र्स्य मध्ये परं दिव्यं साकेर्ं इर्नर् संक्षज्ञर्म ्।


Sadashiv samhita
Above mahasambhu realm, there is mahavaikuntha loka,
and above that there is golok and in centre of that golok
“ saket lok” is situated where supreme personality of
godhead Sita Ram are always engaged in playtimes..

गोलोकोऽयं से एवात्र दृश्यर्े परस्र्र्ा।

सीर्ाऽऽसभलापसंंंभत्यै श्रीरामेण पवननसमार्ुः।


Shuka samhita

The highest realm “golok” is created by shri ram only to


fulfill maa Sita’s wish where sarveshwari sita maharani
and sarveshwar shri ram are engaged in playtimes.

शक्र्ीनां च यर्ा सीर्ा रामो भगवर्ामपप।


Maha ramayan
Golok is the best lok as in inside contains “saket lok”,
where best river “saryu” flows and best goddess or shakti
“sita” and supreme personality of godhead “shri Ram”
are always engaged in playtimes.
