2 Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes from the previous meeting in May has been approved. All
3 Matters Arising from the Last Meeting:
All Action requirements had been completed or carried forward.
a) Captain and Committee Monthly ‘Actions’ Check. Carried over AH
b) Whitaker Cup| Capt & past Capt Comp. GR – 16th August
c) AH to take to Capt meeting, dress code issues/white socks etc.
d) Projects as below in AOB
4 Treasurer’s Report Mike standing in until new treasurer found (many thanks).
Capt’s charity £1176, Total Balance £5169.67 (incl Seniors open) MR
5 Captain’s Report AH
Attended Capt’s meetings with Management, unable to attend last Gents but have
minutes.
Reports of people incorrectly dressed taken forward to management and SB.
A number of complaints continue to be received regarding slow play.. This is now
becoming a major problem acknowledged by the Committee and the Club.

9 Social Events Casino night in June cancelled £50 donation to Lions. All
10 Secretary’s Report Ongoing, no problems. AH

No one waiting unless to be 60, membership at 128.
12 Welfare report Discussed All
13 Items from Club Manager/JM Nothing received. JM

Matches, extra day to be discussed with management for home matches. Ongoing
Future projects to put forward to membership for consideration.
Emailed Graham and Judith re ball washers, don’t really need at present although AH
cost id £400 each! Graham said that if we wanted a project going 50/05 on a
fountain for pond would be good, to be discussed. Discussed and rejected as owner
responsibility.
PE halfway house, discussed, MR to scope.
CH discussed wildlife project, to explore awaiting info.
