Let’s do the Zumba
(You can video/record your presentation)
In this activity, you will be given opportunities to refine your understanding on the benefits derived from
engaging yourself in dancing activities. At the course of this activity, you will be made to integrate your
understanding on maintaining, gaining or losing weight, having an active lifestyle as a means to achieving
a sound mind in a sound body.
You will need:
 VCD/CD player
 Festival music, any zumba music found in You tube or any social media plat form
 Pen
 Worksheets
 Costumes and props if necessary or available

Objective:
Appreciate the value of festival dancing to their fitness and well-being
Here’s how:
1. Group yourselves with your family members, friends, neighbor or other relatives regardless of gender.
2. Prepare 3-5 minutes Zumba fitness dance
-start your zumba dance with warm-up, stretching, actual zumba dance and cooling down)
-you can also watch some example of zumba dance on any social media flat form like Youtube etc.
3. Make about 10 steps/figures of 18 counts each.
4. Upon mastery, assemble yourselves with a distance of about one meter from each other.
5. This time, you can record/video your Zumba dance.
6. Send your output to your respective MAPEH teacher.
