G: It is for me, my mother and 2 kids.

G: That sounds great! my sister is 4 years old, and my brother is 6 years

that the kids can sleep in their own bed if they want to.

I’m sorry to inform you Ms. De Castro, but all our suite connecting room
have been booked on March 23. How about a deluxe room instead, we
have it at 10,000 pesos per night, we can transfer you to a connecting
room, once there is availability.
G: Well, the price is perfectly acceptable, But, before I make reservation,
could you please describe the amenities that are included in that room?

R: Sure Ma’am, deluxe room is non-smoking and it has a queen-sized bed

as well as bath tub with a view of Taal volcano. The room rate already
includes free breakfast that is good for two and there is also a Wi-Fi access
in your room.

G: That sounds great!

R: Thank you Ms. De Castro, May I again reconfirm your reservation?

G: Sure!

R: The reservation will be under your name, Ms. De Castro, and will be
from 23rd until 26th of March, for two adults and two children. The room
chosen is the Taal Lake View Deluxe Room, which includes free breakfast
for two and additional fee for children's breakfast.
