Problem Statement: Lacking of competency skills of teaching and non - teaching personnel

Project Objective Statement:

1. To identify competency gaps of teaching and non - teaching personnel through the conduct of
Learning and Development Needs Assessment.

2. To provide professional development activities and interventions to address teacher’s competency


gaps based from their learning and development needs assessment result.

Root Cause: Lack of professional learning opportunities (seminars, trainings, learning action cell
(LAC) sessions etc.)
