While roaming around the school campus, I saw display boards attached to the wall.

From
elementary to college buildings, all in all, I saw 20 board displays. You can see a wide bulletin
board when entering the college gate. Inside is a poster about the on-going enrolment. Besides
the poster is the big tarpaulin with the school’s vision and mission. Before getting to the
registrar’s office, you can see another display board that has posters of health protocols,
requirements, and date of enrolment, as well as the list of honors or the dean’s listers.

The college building has more bulletin boards than the lower years. Some boards have
announcements and some don’t. Some were appealing and creative. Some were also simple and
plain. Most of them are made of wood and covered with sliding glass. The Ws (What, Who,
Where, When, Why) were a common design. Some agendas are no longer present. There are
boards that have no design and have no announcements posted. Some handouts or posters are old
and fading. Some posters were about the upcoming events and the schedule of masses.

These display boards are found along the hallways. It is noticeable to every student in the school.
There are colorful and appealing boards for children. The images are arranged creatively. I
noticed that the announcements were written in English, which makes them simple to read and
understand. There is one board that caught my attention. It is very clean and beautiful. The color
fits the motif of the school, which is blue and white. It is located on the second floor of the
college building.

The board is made of classy wood and covered with a sliding glass. It is clean and safe. The
colors and designs are simple yet very attractive. It will pique the students' interests and entice
them to take a look. The contents inside are informative. It also encourages students to be
involved in the attached events. It is also encoded clearly and smoothly, making it simple to
understand.

There is a part of it that is too dark, and the glass is always closed, so you can’t scan the other
handouts that are pinned inside. The contents are only focused on the filing of candidacy;its
qualifications and skills needed, requirements and positions. There are no other announcements
posted.
