Much of the grade-4 learners reading curriculum teaches them to analyze the books they read.

in the level lower than what is expected. In the result of their Reading Diagnostic there are several pupils
needing remediation. And this is the main reason while this program evolved.

IV. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PROJECT

This project will lead to develop fluency leading in the ability to read accurately and quickly, and
will act as bridge to connect word decoding and comprehension. They may able to recognize word
accurately at a reasonable rate. This also enables the learners to read with smoothness, phrasing, and
expression. Their fluency in reading will be developed. And in the use of appropriate reading materials

reading level will serve as mentor for their own pupil/ learner.
The implementation and monitoring shall be conducted by the master teacher consultant and
the class adviser.

VI. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
