1st DAY -Good morning everyone! I am Ma. Luisa H. Ariola, your trainer
-Orientation for FRONT OFFICE SERVICES NC II.

Power point -Welcome to Lupigue Integrated School and we are very
Presentation delighted that you have chosen this school as your training
ground.

-This morning, you were oriented on the school policies and

-The FRONT OFFICE SERVICES NC II Qualification with 472 hours


training duration consists of competencies that a person must
possess in order to be able to conduct the process of making a
reservation, registering and checking-in and checking-out a guest
in commercial accommodation establishments. The Units of
Competency comprising this Qualification include the following:

all new in this training that is why you will be assigned to the
different competencies

But before that, let’s have a tour first on the different areas …

Next is the monitoring tools which will be your guide on the task
that you are already done or the competency that you are
currently doing.

Since you are already familiar with the 9 learning areas and the
monitoring tools, Loreto, Anamay, LizaMAe…you are assigned to
the first competency and in the work station 1…

Here is a CBLM…(explain the CBLM)

By the way, please be reminded that you should log in and out of
the borrower’s book once you borrow or return a cblm. Just
write the date when you borrowed and returned it and just affix
your signature at the borrower’s signature portion.

If you already have your modules, go to your assigned work

3rd week Good morning, trainees. How are you today?

Yes, Loreto, are you ready to perform the last task of the last L.O.
under the first UC.?...

Congratulations. Give me your TRB. (tick the achievement chart,


progress chart)
Are you ready for the first Institutional competency evaluation?

Let’s proceed then to the Institutional Assessment area.


Here I will gather all the evidences needed for the assessment.
First, you have to answer the written test, then perform the task
and after that is the interview.

Congratulations, Loreto ! You have successfully passed the


competency assessment! Give me your TRB…, let’s check your
name in the achievement progress sheet and transfer your
name in the training activity matrix from the first competency to
the next competency.

Since you are done with the first competency, give me back the
CBLM.

Ok, get the CBLM for the next competency. Don’t forget to sign
in the borrowers logbook.
