Introduction

Senior High School is one of the educational institutions. It is far from the main
town and surrounded by trees and mountains. The students and teacher’s study and
work here since the school is nearby to the student’s residents and this is where the
teachers designated job. However, since the school is merely a developing school, the
surrounding is a bit disorganized and there are many things to work on in order
improve the way it is structed.

One of the issue the school has is that whenever it rains, flooding always happens
that causes to have a muddy and slippery pathways, which causes a lot of problem to
students and teachers because it stains with their pants and shoes soiled. They also
don’t feel secure because if ever they slip, it will result in catastrophe in their lives. In
Addition to that, the school ground has grasses and stone that makes it difficult for the
teachers and pupils to move around without tripping over them.

Therefore, the pathway outside the school gate and the quadrangle of Senior High
School must be fixed in order to avoid flooding. The result of renovating the school’s
walkways will be clean because there won't be any weeds or stones, two things that
contribute to the school's negative reputation. And after renovating the school grounds
then it will be appealing to them and they will feel comfortable, so other children will
be enticed to attend this school.

Rationale or Background
 One of the schools in Samar that is still under development. Since it was founded
more than six years ago, it has added a new structure, classrooms, and practical
equipment that both teachers and students may utilize.

However, a lot of deficiencies in it as a developing institution. When rainstorm

happens, flooding occurs that make the teachers and students at risk since the pathways
will be blocked that makes them hard to evacuate. Also, the school ground are a bit
disorganized because there are many weeds and grasses that keeps growing and there
are also stones and sands that makes even hard for the teachers and student to walk
leisurely and comfortably since there is a possibility that it can cause instructors and
pupils to trip them over.

Hence, the purpose of this proposal is to create a secure and safe school walkways,
in order for those who come and go can have a comfortable walk inside and outside the
school gate.

Action Plan
The project is entitled Proposal for the Repair of the Pathways in Quadrangle and
Outside of School Gate. The main purpose of this proposal is to renovate the pathways
of the school in order to avoid unnecessary accidents that may danger the life of the
students and teachers. This will be done through delicately planning and from the help
constructors and the patron involve with this project. In order to carry out the project,
the proponent must adhere to a work plan that details how to fix the school’s
walkways.
