A. STATISTICAL QUESTION:
What time do Grade 9 - Avogadro Students usually arrive during face-to-face sessions?

B. Category: ✓ Descriptive Inferential

C. Variable/s of Interest: Time of arrival, Time of preparation, Durations of rides from

their residence to the school

F. Determine the sample size to be considered for your research work that will involve a
population of 678 individuals, if the desired margin of error is 8%.

Answer: The sample size to be considered for a research work will consist of 127
individuals if the population consists of 678 individuals as well as if the desired margin
of is 8%.

G. Sampling Technique. Name and describe the sampling technique that you will use
in your research work.

We will apply the systematic sampling

technique for our research. This is done to
ensure an even sampling of the population and
to acquire more precise data regarding the
various times that Grade 9 - Avogadro Students
arrive at school. Students have varying
preparation times as well as durations of rides
from their residence to the school. Every 2nd
student who comes up will have a survey taken
of them thus, getting half of the population. In
this way, all students from Grade 9 - Avogadro
will be given an equal chance to be part of the
sample that will help us researchers in gathering
accurate,precise, and reliable data.
