1. Give 3 reasons why exercise is important.

1. When we are talking about weight control exercise is important because it can help us to control and
manage weight by burning the calories inside our body.
2. Exercise is important because it can give energy, strength and power to our body, also because exercise
can help oxygen flow more freely throughout the body and give you a much-needed burst of energy to
get you through the day.
3. Exercise doesn’t just keep you trim, it helps you to stay healthy. Regular exercise increases your
overall level of fitness, which in turn boosts your immune system and makes you more resilient to
illnesses like the common cold.

2. Why water is important in the human body?

Water is important to our body because our cells, organs and tissues use water to help with temperature
regulation, keeping hydrated and maintaining bodily functions. Also water can help our heart because our heart
is working continually to pump 2,000 gallons of blood throughout our body a day. By drinking water and
keeping hydrated, Your heart Is able to pump blood more easily when hydrated and allows the rest of the
muscles in our body to work much better.
3. What is the important of sports in Physical Education?

The Importance of sports in physical education is to help the students to develop their skills and to build strength
by doing exercise and workout to stay healthy and fit. It is important to in physical education because it teaches
the students the proper way of doing sports and physical activities.
